This unique waterfront home is situated high above beautiful Lake Travis. It sits on the south shore of the main basin which is the deepest part of the lake. When you walk through the front door and down the hall the 180 degree lake view will take your breath away! You can enjoy unforgettable sunsets from the house, pool, decks and dock.

Two story boat dock is easily accessible by an inclined elevator that you can see on the video and photos. You are welcome to use the paddle boards, kayaks, take a swim or have a blast in a beautiful surroundings, rent your own boat or other watercraft.
You are just 28 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport and only 15 miles to the heart of Austin. Just minutes away from the property you can find grocery, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The two acre property is walled in and private with security gate at the entrance. It has plenty of indoor/outdoor living space, excellent for entertaining.

A large covered pool patio overlooks the lake and the negative edge pool with swim-up bar, swim lane, beach area and of course a hot tub. There is a pool bathroom with air conditioned changing room for your convenience. On the partially covered upper sun deck you will find a BBQ grill, a flat top griddle, preparation table and plenty of space to enjoy the view.

Another great feature of the house is a movie theater with surround sound. But, the best part is when you retract a large 120" screen and reveal a karaoke/performance stage complete with drum kit, PA and microphones! You can create lasting memories and a lot of happy moments right here.

Wi-Fi throughout both homes as well as by the pool is provided, cable TV to watch your favorite game or movie on the big screen as well.

Main house including the guest house together can easily accommodate 20 people in 10 bedrooms. There are a total of 8 king beds, 1 queen bed and 4 twin beds. The property features 8 full bathrooms, all with walk-in showers that are spacious and 3 half baths.

On the main level you will find large well appointed kitchen with oversized refrigerator and freezer along with the gas cook top, large island and walk in pantry. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers.

With the commercial ice machine and plenty of 5 gallon drinking water bottles, there is no need to buy bags of ice or bottles of water.

Absolutely incredible! These homes were stunning! Our group of ten couples gathered here for our annual Marriage Retreat, and the property was perfect. There are two houses on the estate. The second house, with its three king bedrooms and three full and one half bathrooms, was ideal for those in our group who needed to avoid stairs. It felt like stepping into a brand-new model home, complete with modern amenities and even a shower chair, which was a tremendous help for our couples with disabilities. It was conveniently located just steps away from the main house. The main house was breathtaking! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the views made us feel like we were living in a movie. The spacious kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, was a dream, and the fully stocked pantry was a wonderful touch. Our chef took advantage of the outdoor grill, and we enjoyed a stunning sunset dinner outside. Our time was filled with fun and relaxation—playing ping pong, soaking in the jacuzzi, fishing off the dock, and singing karaoke late into the night. Tony and Magdalena were absolutely delightful, incredibly attentive, and made us feel like part of their family. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate our group, from small details like providing extra batteries to swapping twin beds for a queen. May God continue to bless and prosper your family!

Amazing Property on Lake Travis
Highly recommend. We stayed here with a group of 13, the property is everything it is advertised to be and more. Tony and Magdalena are the best hosts I have ever had for a rental property. Very attentive, great communication, and made everything so easy and smooth for us. We were even able to get a party barge to pick us upright at the dock for a day on the lake.

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
The pictures don’t do the property justice! The view as soon as you enter the house and see the view of the lake is incredible. The owner Tony met us there at check and and went through how to use all the amenities like the sound system, pool, theater, and more with great detail and made himself available to help during the stay if needed. We had a group of about 17 and everyone had a blast and didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a house rental service.

Incredible Experience
A group of 13 women in our 40s stayed here and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Each room was sparkling clean with its own large bathroom, flat screen TV, and luxurious sheets. The pool and hot tub make it so you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. Most of all, Tony and Magdalena are incredibly responsive and gracious!! We placed a grocery order in advance and they unpacked everything for us so that the house was fully stocked when we arrived. Tony even came over one evening to take a sunset group photo with his nice camera. We had the best time and highly recommend this property for a fun and relaxing time in Austin!

Amazing Property with Amazing Views
Tony and Magdalena were fantastic hosts. This property has everything and the pictures highlighted the main features but didn’t even do it justice! We loved the views from the pool and pool bar. The karaoke stage was awesome and we watch nfl kickoff weekend on the giant projector in there as well. They thought of everything and provided supplies so we didn’t have to worry about much with everyone flying in from all over the country! If you are heading to the Austin area - definitely book this place!!

Amazing Lake Travis Vacation
Tony and Magdalena were super star hosts for this vacation rental! The online profile was very accurate and up to date. We had a couple of crazy thunderstorms during our stay which is normal for that time of year in the south. This resulted in the overhead canopy for the pool getting torn up while myself and the other guests were in the city. Tony and Magdalena were out there cleaning it all up by the time we got back and everything was back to its original state within two hours. We were able to use the pool again and everything was clearly communicated. The amenities, the karaoke room, the size and location were all perfect! We all really enjoyed this stay and will recommend it to anyone who asks. Amazing hosts with an amazing home! Thank you for a great stay!

Run, don’t walk, to book this phenomenal house!!!
This might be the best Vrbo stay I’ve ever had. The pictures don’t do this place justice and the pictures are fairly incredible. The house is huge, the beds are comfy, the amenities are amazing, basically you will never want to leave. The owners were so kind and accommodating and helpful. We had a group of 11 here for my husbands 40th birthday and we easily could have had twice that number and still been totally comfortable with plenty of space. We brought our boat with us and the dock set up and lake access was so convenient and fun. The kitchen is newly remodeled and so functional it was easy to cook for large groups in a variety of different ways. We used the stove, oven and grill. The kitchen was fully stocked on spices and condiments so only had to bring food staples. The views, pool, hot tub and lake were what we loved most but some of our party also loved the movie room and the work out gym. Like I mentioned, best Vrbo ever. Counting down the days until we can go back!!

Wonderful Week!
This house was perfect for our family get together. The beautiful infinity pool with the partial shade was the perfect spot to relax. Our kids and grandkids had a blast with the rope swing from the dock. The oversized fridge and freezer made stocking up easy. Our hosts were phenomenal in answering all our questions before and during the trip. The views from the living area, especially the sunsets, were awesome. Highly recommend.

Run, Don’t Walk, to Rent Tony’s House
There are good rental houses, there are great rental houses, and - at the absolute apex - there is Tony’s house. I traveled to Austin with my wife & young kids, along with four other familles, for the April 2024 solar eclipse. The house was fantastic: plenty of room for 10 adults + 10 kids, a beautiful pool and hot tub with unobstructed lake views, and unique amenities like an unreal karaoke / theater room and pristine dock complete with rope swing. But what really made the experience was Tony himself, who exuded warmth from the first moment we connected over text and consistently went out of his way to ensure we had a stellar experience. We pinched ourselves the entire stay that the house, location, and host were all so fantastic. Experiencing the solar eclipse with my family and friends in such a stunning place is a memory that I’ll cherish forever. Run, don’t walk, to rent this house!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, right on the lake with easy access to water activities, but still close enough to Austin to be easily accessible to get groceries, dine at restaurants, and visit downtown Austin. The pool and other amenities the property provided made our vacation truly enjoyable. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and always available when we had questions. There could not have been a more perfect house for our group of 9 couples on a reunion weekend. The hosts were responsive and helpful, the house was well stocked with anything we needed for meal prep and activities, the views are amazing, and there was so much space for everyone to spread out. It was a great weekend and we hope to come back again.

We had a group ranging in age from almost 2 to 96! Everyone had a wonderful time! There are big spaces for everyone to get together and private spaces for more intimate groupings! With the lake and the pool and the exercise room and the karaoke room there was always something fun to do. And the owners were so helpful and so easy to reach. Can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular Property and Amazing Hosts!
This property is a dream! The house is spectacular! Amazing views; extremely clean and comfortable; kitchen tools and gadgets galore. We love it has both an outside BBQ grill and outside griddle – great for making breakfast on the patio! Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Our group spent a lot of time enjoying the band/karaoke setup and watching movies on the big screen. What a great feature! Lots of fun on the dock down on the water! We arranged for a ski boat to pick us up there – so convenient! The location of the house is perfect – nice grocery store close, and tremendous BBQ place just around the corner – ordered food to go for our group to enjoy at the house, which was a big hit! Tony and Magdalena are extraordinary hosts. Kind, fun, and super responsive! Overall, this rental is spectacular! Perfect for a group of friends or families! Top recommendation!

Great house. Plenty of space for everyone. Teenagers liked to house behind the main house. Well stocked kitchen. Clean. Owners, Tony and Magdelana were great. Always very responsive to questions and requests. Pool was perfect. Dock down by the lake was big and could hold our large party. We rented boats for several days which was fun for everyone. The lake is deep and the water was great.

We had older kids and adult kids, plus friends join us and it was very nice. Place was spotless and plenty of pool towels, bathroom towels etc. Bring your own food and drink and the rest is there. Tony (owner) was great and there if you needed him, and not when you did not. Pool is big and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Dock by the lake is great as well. We will be back.
