This is the worst hotel stay I have had. The room smelled - generally bad and someone had definitely smoked there. It was hot and the a/c wasn’t fully functioning. It was dirty - hair in the sink, on the floors, etc. furniture was old, stained, the couch and chairs were unusable. The desk agent was very nice but could do nothing & the manager doesn’t work weekends and was not reachable. My brother’s room was also dirty and smelly, so this was clearly a broader issue. I left feedback for the manager but have not been contacted and have not been refunded for this horrific experience.

My family stayed here for an overnight during a car trip. It got the job done. Facilities were nothing fancy but our suite was comfortable and clean. Staff really made an effort to be friendly and helpful considering how busy the hotel was the night we stayed there.

What i didnt like was the breakfast. Something they should work on. It was not appetizing. Biscuits were hard, muffins were dry, bagels were crumbly. Check in went great. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
