Igloo wants to encourage responsible tourism and therefore we take our eco values seriously. Every time you book with us, we plant a tree in our Caledonian forest grove with Trees for Life. Also included in your stay is a locally sourced welcome pack and sustainable cleaning materials for guest use.
31 Caledonia Place is freshly decorated in fashionable velvets, soft leather and complementary artwork throughout. The living space is open plan, lovely for spending time together when you are on holiday. The lounge area boasts views of Craigellachie from the comfort of luxurious sofas. The kitchen and dining area is sparkling with newness, and is a real joy to use. A utility room further compliments the space, giving you a place to wash any sports gear after a day out.
The master bedroom has an ensuite showerroom and a new double bed. There is also a second double bedroom and a third bedroom has twin beds, perfect for the kids. 31 Caledonia Place has your family safety in mind and stair gates are fixed in place and there's also a monitor for guest use.
This well positioned house gets sunlight all afternoon which makes the patio the place to be. Enjoy some outdoor cooking with the addition of a BBQ. The garden is enclosed for the safety of your children and pet.
We are delighted to welcome you to 31 Caledonia Place at 4pm. Departure is required at 10am on your departure day. A £100 Breakage/Damage refundable deposit is required before arrival and is refunded 7 days after departure.
Accessibility - the property has a straight staircase to access all rooms on the first floor. The doors are wide and all switches are at waist level. A buggy or chair could navigate the ground floor.
