Very nice place for a family stay. Beautiful small clear lake.the only small issue was the overhead light in the breezeway was out and made it a little difficult entering the house at night especially for seniors.

If you wanna get away, this is the place to go! Quiet lake in central Florida with incredible sunsets!!!! Minutes from activity like Sebring Raceway, concerts at FSW college, and more! We will be back!

Great Vacation on the Lake
We were in town for a funeral, but it was also a 3-day family reunion. Staying in a house on a beautiful lake provided for great times for relaxing and sharing family memories. Much better than being in a motel. Having a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large living room, back porch, dock and lake was the perfect setting for "family time".

The home was nostalgic and had great games to play! The lake was AMAZING! Got to watch the stars while laying on the end of the dock! The bedrooms were a bit warm, but with the air on we could use the fan to direct air and it was quite pleasant. Google maps took us to the end of the road and we had to backtrack, but it wasnā€™t difficult to find. We really enjoyed the property, communication with the owner was easy, checkin was simple and checkout couldnā€™t have gone any better. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Nice But.....
We did enjoy our stay and it was convenient to Sebring Raceway but the listing was a little misleading We thought that the 2nd bathroom was inside the house. It was inside but across driveway off the breezeway. We made the best of it but would just like to warn others. It was very clean and a very nice view of the lake and the host was very accomodating but....the description was a little misleading.

This was the perfect place and location for us. We knew the house was going to be dated but it was clean spotless and exactly what we wanted. A million times better than staying in a hotel and Charlotte was a great host!! Would definitely go back!!!

Great quiet getaway
We initially rented this place as a quiet clean place to sleep before a local fishing tournament, however this turned out to be a gem. The building and furnishes are dated, but the scenery here is beautiful. The lake is crystal clear. Apparently, this lake is a popular diving spot. We saw lots of folks with scuba gear diving. It is an interesting and quiet spot that would be great for a quiet getaway. Avon Park is a nice little town nearby that also has that quiet relaxing vibe.

A large home on a spring fed lake. Quiet and peaceful. Home was very clean and comfortable even though it was a bit dated. That 70's feel only added to its charm.
