The Space:
Stargazer by Tiny Away is located in a small town in Axedale, VIC. A cozy 157-square-foot tiny home near Bendigo Art Gallery, Lake Eppalock Holiday Park, and Golden Dragon Museum. Experience off-grid living with modern amenities including a well-equipped kitchenette, pot-bellied stove, queen-sized bed in the loft, and couch on the ground floor. If you plan to cook, the kitchenette has everything to cook your light meals, such as cooking tools, cutlery, and a portable electric cooler fridge.
These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

Stargazer by Tiny Away sits in a small town in Axedale, VIC, located on the McIvor Highway, east of Bendigo. Where vacationers can explore along with a lovely accommodation near Bendigo Art Gallery, Lake Eppalock Holiday Park, and Golden Dragon Museum.
Getting Around:
By car: More convenient by car and bicycles as marked trails are set
By public transport: No public transport

- Please note that some areas are shared
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Outdoor firepit is available for guests to use
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Diesel heater is available to provide heat inside
- First barrow of firewood is free. Extra firewood is at $10 per barrow
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Important note:
- Guests are advised to bring portable power banks in case of low power
- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- USB ports are provided to guests for charging devices to conserve energy
- Please take note that outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light days
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
- As the house is across a couple of paddocks on a dirt track, when the weather has been very wet a four wheel drive is needed to access the house. If guests do not have this we can ferry them and their luggage to and from the house as required.
