Pladda View, Ayr

Pladda View is a large traditional property in a beautiful location with views across the Firth
of Clyde to Arran. The house is situated a two minute walk from Ayr Beach in a
residential part of the town close to lots of excellent bars and restaurants.
The property is perfect for a short break or a long stay for families, couples
or golfers. The house is spread over two floors and has a garden to the rear.  

On the first has a large living room, dining room, master bedroom with an ensuite, a shower room
with a toilet and the kitchen. On the second floor there are two further double
bedrooms (one with a double bed and an additional pull out double sofa bed), a
twin room and a family bathroom with a shower and toilet. 

The property is a middle and top floor conversion but retains many of the original features. As
the property is located within a quiet residential block where the owners have
excellent relations with their neighbours, we ask that all guest respect this
and as a result, parties are not permitted.

DO NOT CHAP NEIGHBOURS DOOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
USE RED BIFFA BIN ONLY AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY – DO NOT USE NEIGHBOURS BINS
Please note the house is non-smoking. You will be issued with £100 fine for smoking inside or smoking from an open window. If you smoke outside please dispose of the cigarette ends in an appropriate manner and do not thrown on the footpath.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property. Failure to comply will lead to a fine.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Max 2 small dogs allowed, they should not be allowed on beds or soft furniture
Please remove outdoor shoes in the property as the flooring is traditional wood floors and can cause some noise to our neighbours.

Plada View Short Stay
The house is very comfortable, warm, spaciousness and clean. Minor issues were no small waste bins in the bathrooms, no mirror in the family bathroom and no information about re-cycling. A welcome pack would have been helpful. In addition there was some confusion regarding the correct postcode. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Great house to stay for golfing holiday
The rooms are very big. Two showers two enormous baths and three toilets very clean. The location is close to town centre. On street parking is a bit hit and miss. But Belleisle Gold course is 4 minutes away
