Good Value, Super-Comfy - and on the Lake!
Yay! What incredible value for money! It isn't the Ritz, but the room was comfortable, clean, the water was hot and it was a bargain on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. If you feel like being budget-conscious, but still want to go somewhere beautiful go here. We've got plenty of money, but what we saved on accomodation here - we got to spend of lots of daytime activities! After all, it's just a sleeping quarters! And you are able to go down to the pier and immerse yourself in beautiful fresh water. If you want a low-key, my super-comfy with an extra bargain twist, this is your place!

This hotel is an absolute disaster. The service is abysmal, with staff who couldn't care less about their guests. The building itself is crumbling, and it's clear that maintenance is a foreign concept to them. The rooms are filthy, with towels that are practically disintegrating, and enough algae and mold to start a biology experiment. This place is a breeding ground for disappointment. The management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such neglect. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dump at all costs. They have the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for this sorry excuse of accommodation. Steer clear unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain.

Perfectly located, in the outskirts of Bacalar. Close enough to it all, but feels very secluded and private.

Staff was very attentive to all needs and questions, however at the time of checking in we notice cabana, and the hammock way to dirty full of mold, our stay was for 4 days n 3 nights and placed didn’t show any signs of maintenance Over all well give this place 2 1/2 stars out of five

Great location for sure and you can use their water craft for free that was all 5 star , my problem was the room it could have been better, they are painting the rooms and it looks good but the smell of paint is not what you want to smell when you are on vacation , the bed was uncomfortable, i’ve been to a lot of hotel this is not worth $70, also if you want beer - this is not the place to buy , Mxn $75 for a bottle of dos X , the shower head doesn’t work so i have to remove so we can use it, when we arrived i had to get them to put curtain and get the towels myself. Not going back to this hotel

El personal es amable y atento, sin embargo considero los costos son elevados para lo que ofrecen les hace falta mantenimiento ya que las paredes piso frigobar y el baño se encontraban muy deteriorados y reforzar la limpieza en gral ya que debajo de la cama habia cucarachas ya muertas.

La comida del restaurante no es buena, muy simple y cara, los baños nonestan bien limpios y les falta ventilacion, fuera de eso es un lugar comodo y bonito, su muelle y acceso a la laguna son excelentes, me guto que tiene kayak aunque el remo esta dañado, el servicio del personal es bueno, en serio urge que mejoren y tengan mas variedad de comida porque no hay lugares cerca para comer ademas de que es muy cara a comparacion de buenos restaurantes que hay en el centro del pueblo. Gracias.

Excelente lugar para relajarse, el muelle la la Laguna está increíble, el personal muy atento. Lo Unico que no me gusto para nada es la entrada desde la carretera, está muy fea y peligrosa. Deberían tener también más señalización sobre dónde está la recepción y donde es la entrada.
