Holiday house in the holiday park at Twistesee Bad Arolsen Hesse Germany

We rent our beautifully renovated roof-only house in the “Am Twistesee” holiday park.

The house has 6 beds divided into a double bed on the ground floor and 2 x 2 single beds on the upper floor.
Bedding is provided, but you must bring your own bed linen, sheets, towels and tea towels.

We offer a new fitted kitchen with a convection oven, ceramic hob, 2 refrigerators, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine and much more.
A dishwasher is not available.

The bathroom has been renovated with a shower and toilet.

In the house you will find a flat-screen television and a radio-CD stereo system.

The house has WiFi.

On the large sun terrace you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest and nature.

This is a non-smoking house and unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Grilling with your own gas or electric grill is permitted.
Grilling with charcoal is not permitted due to the risk of forest fires!

Since the house is located in the middle of the forest, as can be seen in the photos, it can happen that a spider or a mouse gets lost inside.

The prices for the house vary depending on the season between EUR 69 and EUR 85 per day.

In addition to the rental price, there is a flat rate of EUR 3.50 per day / person for water, electricity, gas and WiFi, which is paid on site in cash.

The final cleaning costs EUR 60 and is paid in cash on site when the keys are handed over.

In addition to a table tennis table and a volleyball court, the holiday park also has a very nice playground with a climbing frame, slide, swing, etc.

The Twistesee offers a beautiful sandy beach (accessible on foot) with restaurants, toilets and showers, a water ski facility, boat rental and much more.

At the entrance to the holiday park there is a mini golf course and right next to the holiday park there is a "real" 9-hole golf course with all the trimmings. There is a very good burger restaurant here, which is also within walking distance.

In Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 minutes away by car) there are not only good shopping opportunities but also very good restaurants for every taste.

If you would like to go on bike tours but can't or don't want to take a bike with you, you can rent one cheaply and easily in Bad Arolsen from 2Rad-Brüne (www.2rad-bruene.de).


The neighboring house, also a well-renovated single-roof house, is also available for rent.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Haus ist sehr schön. Leider wurden Kosten nicht ausschließlich/ordnungsgemäß über das Portal sondern zusätzlich im Fließtext angegeben was meiner Ansicht nach nicht rechtens ist. So sind die Angebote nicht mehr vergleichbar, die Kosten werden runter gespielt, an Portalkosten vorbei (Barzahlung!). Die Kosten werden in der Angebotsbestätigung als zusätzliche Kosten neben der Abrechnung durch FeWo Direkt aufgelistet was wir nicht gesehen haben. Wir haben trotzdem bezahlt, halten diese Form der Preisgestaltung aber für nicht rechtens und können uns auch nicht vorstellen dass dies seitens des Anbieters FEWO gewollt oder erlaubt ist.

privates Arbeitstreffen
Für unser privates Arbeitstreffen im Frühjahr war das Haus und der Ort perfekt und diente genau unserem Zweck. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Der große Tisch und die bequeme und großzügige Ledersitzkombination waren genau passend, um unsere Arbeitseinheiten angenehm und effektiv zu gestalten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut - alles da, was man benötigt. Was mitgebracht werden muss, wurde vorher gut kommuniziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war extrem unkompliziert, die Kommunikation per Mail und vor Ort sehr nett und entspannt. Die Umgebung war jetzt im März ruhig und lädt zum Spazierengehen (im Sommer sicher auch zum Baden) ein. Wir merken uns die Unterkunft für weitere Treffen vor und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. :)

het vakantiepark is zeer rustig gelegen en er is zeer veel natuur rondom. Je mag je wagen enkel het park oprijden om in - en uit te laden. dus het park is autovrij en je kan er dus gerust rondwandelen.

Wundervolle Unterkunft
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus gehabt . Der Ferienpark ist sehr naturnah angelegt und das Haus einladend und gemütlich. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es gibt genug Stauraum. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge, zB Kassel, Edersee, Sky Walk. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier!

Das Haus war toll, angenehm sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Raumgefühl war durch die offene und helle Gestaltung großartig. Es fehlte an nichts und auch die Haushaltsgegenstände waren in großer Anzahl und Vielfalt vorhanden. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Ich habe selten eine Ferienwohnung-/Haus gehabt, welches so vollständig ausgerüstet war. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, von der Auflaufform über den Mixer bis zur Zitronen - und Knoblauchpresse war alles da. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Umgebung, in der Kinder gefahrlos spielen können, da in der Siedlung keine Autos fahren dürfen. Nur mit dem See muss man natürlich aufpassen. Im Haus gibt es W-Lan, einen Fernseher, einen CD-Spieler, aber auch einige Bücher und Spiele. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
