A fantastic luxury resort overall. Generally great service, except the restaurants which were serviced by junior staff who were uncoordinated. Expect to spend quite a bit to enjoy the full experience. May not be the best choice if you are away from the resort most of the time.

Gorgeous hotel and location. Highly recommend to those who want to relax and be pampered. Professional service. I had the Swiss body treatment. Best treatment I have ever had and I have had many treatments all over the world. I had dinner at Memories located in the hotel. The cuisines and service were phenomenal. The hotel is great with a superb SPA. The staff is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Parking should be included. It´s nonesense having to pay 25 CHF when the rate is already high.
