This beautiful, rustic, detached holiday home/chalet for a maximum of 5 people is located in Bad St. Leonhard - Kalchberg in the Wolfsberg im Lavanttal district in Carinthia, is located directly on the edge of the forest at an altitude of 1,150 meters and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.

The holiday home offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine, terrace and a beautiful garden. You can park directly at the house.

Bad St. Leonhard is located in the center of the Paracelsius region in the upper Lavanttal and enjoys a good reputation as a spa and rehabilitation location. In Bad St. Leonhard - Kalchberg there are several churches, castles and ruins that are worth a visit (Gomarn Castle Ruins, Wiesenau Castle, Leonhardi Church). Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Kein großer Luxus aber alles was man braucht vorhanden. Mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Rund herum nur Kühe, Wald und Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett!

Die Vermieter sind super nett, genauso der Bruder, der auch der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und ruhig, alles ist wie beschrieben. In der letzte Woche hatten wir sogar neu installiertes WLAN. Ein schönger ruhiger Urlaub.

ruhiger angenehmer Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen! Die lange Zufahrt ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig und man sollte beim einkaufen nichts vergessen:) Dafür war aber alles im Haus und der Garten super. Vor allem für unseren Hund ( Schäferhundgröße) . Es war wirklich mal komplett eingezäunt. Murphy hat sich mit den Kühen arrangiert und sonst waren wir alleine. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig nach unserer Meinung. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt! Also gerne wieder:))) Viele Grüße aus Nürnberg Fam. Zwayer
