The hotel is quaint, lovely and very charming. Location is in the middle of activity which is great. Negative if this is the hustle and bustle of late night boozing and noise. Being in a room at the front does not allow for a good nights sleep - be prepared for that. Starts again very early with Lorrie’s, deliveries, etc.
Was very appreciative of an early check in when we arrived and our meal was fantastic. Breakfast was poor, old, dried fruit and limited choice.
Visiting a show at the Kongress, perfect location, and in the centre of town for the evenings.

Liked: Cleanliness
Good breakfast, generally good location. Boy is this place crowded. We could barely get our luggage past the tables in the front of the building. There is no place to park. We parked at the Vincent strasse parking garage for about 12 dollars a day. Manager wanted 30 dollars a day. Also I asked if he could call a taxi to the festspielhaus and he just gave me the phone number to call. I asked if he knew how to get there and he had no idea what I was talking about. You might find this as an issue in Europe overall is that locals really have a tough time knowing about the town and area that they live in. Gotta do your homework and live by trial and error in europe. Room was generally clean and had beer and coke in the fridge. The Lowenbrau hof across the way is really good. Like other local hotels, you have to pay something like 5 to 10 euros for hotel tax per night. Be ready for that. No incidental deposit as far as I can recall.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Baden-Baden. The hotel is very clean and the staff go the extra mile to support your stay. It is within an easy walk to all the sites and activities. This is my go to hotel when visiting Baden-Baden.
Parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel and check-in was done through the cafe, which was not super clear in the instructions. The hotel is located in a lively part of the city with lots of restaurants and shops close by. This did make it quite loud at night however would be fine with the windows closed. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with a kitchen.
What a lovely hotel and nice staff. Louis really saved the day when we were unsure about where to park. As Americans we were unsure about driving into a street with so many pedestrians so we didn’t drive to the front of the hotel. Louis accompanied us to where we parked the car and got us to the right place. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Tempurpedic we believe. It’s pretty casual there. Ask the restaurant staff to check in! There is no formal reception desk. Definitely stay there if you visit Baden Baden!!
Great location in the center of old town. The staff were so nice and helpfull . The breakfast was the best and the room so nice and clean. A place to be back
Property is in the downtown and pedestrian area. Great staff and great service! A really good choice.

Hard to access due to construction. Employee was supposed to let me in by lowering pedestrian only barrier but never drives. I had to personally walk through the rain to the hotel to get someone.
I speak English and German . The employees barely spoke either language which was frustrating.
We got in to Baden-Baden late and took the bus to get to the hotel. The biggest challenge we had was finding it! As others have mentioned, you need to look for the sign but enter through the restaurant where someone will direct you over to the Cafe to check you in. The staff are very friendly and direct you to sit down to fill in some paperwork as they grab you a drink to relax. Since the girl was sold out and we were late checking in, we were upgraded to an apartment suite across from the hotel. It was wonderful, beautifully updated and decorated also spacious. I assume that suite would have cost a lot more than what we paid! My only issue was that they had left the windows open which let in some bugs that had managed to kill themselves on the radiators below the windows so there was a dead fly and moth on the floor. Otherwise, the kitchenette and walk-in closet wild have been useful if we had started now nights. Location is great and we found a late night restaurant at Gibraltar that was lovely. Or view was of the cobbled streets and nicely romantic. I would definitely recommend!
The hotel is pecfectly located in the town center, very beautiful and stylish, room is perfect and hotel staff very fridenly and great breakfast too, we enjoy everything about this hotel and the city, great stay!
