Villa l'Amiradou is a spacious 150 mĀ² family house with traditional charm built in 1975 on 2 levels with large 5x10 m mosaic pool in the middle of olive trees.
Amiradou means ā€œpanoramic viewpointā€ in Provencal. From all levels of the house, you will enjoy wonderful views of the mountains, the Esterel Massif and the nature.
The house offers on the top floor a large 30 mĀ² South-exposed covered terrace, a fitted kitchen, a large living space with fireplace, a bedroom with 140 cm bed with separate toilet and bathroom and a bedroom with 140 cm bed, ensuite shower room and toilet.
On the lower floor, there is a laundry room, a bedroom with bunk beds, a separate shower room with toilet, a playroom, a bedroom with 160 cm bed and ensuite shower room with toilet and a large terrace partially covered.
On the lower terrace, there is a large pool secured by a fence and a gate with swings and a slide.

Lovely secluded holiday home
We are a family of four with two children and worked really nicely for us. The house and pool are not overlooked, meaning you have a lot of privacy. The location was lovely and quiet, with a village within walking distance.

Maison bien agencĆ©e et trĆØs bien fournie. Piscine agrĆ©able mĆŖme si en contrebas. Gros avantage avec des bĆ©bĆ©s d'avoir une terrasse entiĆØrement sĆ©curisĆ©e (juste faire attention aux Ć©lĆ©ments pour les fermetures de fenĆŖtre que vous pouvez protĆ©ger avec des balles de tennis coupĆ©es). Les escaliers pour descendre sont un peu abruptes mais une porte juste devant permet de sĆ©curiser pour les enfants. Quelques axes Ć  amĆ©liorer : Parc Ć  jouer non accessible avec herbes sĆ©chĆ©es et non utilisable pour les enfants de moins de 2 ans et terrain de pĆ©tanque pas vraiment praticable. Dans l'ensemble un super sĆ©jour, bonne communication que ce soit avec le propriĆ©taire et le gĆ©rant. Merci

Ideal pour un sejour en famille tranquille. Beaucoup d avantages : village, essentiel sur place, tres belle piscine, belle vue, proximitĆ© relative de la mer , arriĆØre pays tres agreable La maison est bien Ć©quipĆ©e, le propriĆ©taire procede a des rĆ©novation rĆ©guliĆØre, certaines tres recentes , certaines parties, a l extĆ©rieur sont un peu vieillissantes mais cela reste marginal. Bonnes communications a distance et en direct avec le propriĆ©taire. L accueil par l agent immobilier sur place a Ć©tĆ© en revanche un peu dĆ©sagrĆ©able.

Beautiful house with a great view, nice terraces, huge pool
Great place to stay! Older house, very quiet and well away from neighbours, but close to a nice supermarket, restaurant and good patisserie! The upper floor is nicely renovated. Fantastic kitchen, great living and dining area. 2 small but very good bedrooms for single or couples use with 2 bathrooms. One new, other slightly older. Downstairs master bedroom with bathroom. The last bedroom with a bunk bed is ok, but is a walk-through room.

A lovely family house in the small village Bagnols-en-ForĆŖt. We had a great stay, the house is very comfortable with different levels to sit outside and enjoy the marvelous views. The heated large pool ensures also in spring that you will be able to enjoy a swim. It is a short walk to the village to buy your daily bread and croissants, and a short drive to the coast. There are lots of things to do in the area. Kind hosts who quickly reply to any questions. Certainly worthwile to return some day!

Schƶnes Ferienhaus in einem sĆ¼ĆŸen Ort
Lieben Dank fĆ¼r 2 wunderschƶne Osterferienwochen an Eric und seine Familie. Das Haus ist sehr schƶn. Man fĆ¼hlt sich auf Grund der persƶnlichen Einrichtung sofort zu Hause. Das Trampolin war viel in Benutzung und der Pool hat uns die etwas wƤrmeren Tage versĆ¼ĆŸt. Mein Mann, unsere drei Kinder und ich haben uns rundum wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Gegend ist sehr vielseitig; wir waren viel wandern, baden und haben uns an einem Tag im Ort Elektroroller geliehen. Es hat sehr viel Spass gemacht damit die Gegend zu erkunden. In Bagnols gibt es einen typisch franzƶsischen BƤcker und drei nette Restaurants. Auch der kleine Wochenmarkt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Am Ende des Ortes (auch fuƟlƤufig mƶglich) befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit einer auƟerordentlich guten Fleischtheke. Alles in allem trĆØs manifique.

De l'arrivĆ©e et de l'accueil par Gregory au dĆ©part, tout a Ć©tĆ© merveilleusement arrangĆ©. Le propriĆ©taire Eric a Ć©galement rĆ©pondu trĆØs rapidement aux questions. La villa est magnifique avec tous les accompagnements. Magnifiquement rĆ©novĆ©, avec une trĆØs bonne cuisine. Bon Ć©quipement. Les lits Ć  l'Ć©tage sont un peu petits, mais tout le reste est agrĆ©able et confortable. La terrasse, le jardin et surtout la piscine, magnifique ! Un must pour se dĆ©tendre ! Il y a tellement de choses Ć  voir dans la rĆ©gion et juste se prĆ©lasser et se prĆ©lasser dans la piscine Ć  la maison, ces vacances Ć©taient trop courtes, nous serions ravis de revenir. We spent 3 weeks at the property. It was in a great position for walking into restaurants in village. A quiet flat road. Great place for a large family with 2 outside terraces. Kitchen new and very well equipped. We liked the Kitchen open planto lounge and close to terrace with barbecue. The garden large and great for the children to explore. What a great large swimming pool. We loved everything about this property and the area and hope to return.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schƶn
Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Anwesen sehr zufrieden! Die KĆ¼chenausstattung ist nahezu perfekt, die Zimmer mit allem Nƶtigen ausgestattet und die BƤder - vor allem die schon renovierten - sehr schƶn. Das Becken im Schwimmbad ist sehr groƟ und sauber. Zweimal pro Woche wird es gereinigt. Die Gegend ist wunderschƶn und eigentlich ideal fĆ¼r Wandertouren, aber da wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes Temperaturen bis 37Ā° herrschten, verzichteten wir lieber auf groƟe kƶrperliche Anstrengungen. Einzige negative Anmerkung: Es gibt auch heutzutage noch Menschen, die weder ein Navy haben noch mit einem Smartphone umgehen kƶnnen. Eine Beschreibung der Strecke ab Autobahnausfahrt ( Angabe der Nr. ) wƤre sehr hilfreich!

Wir ( 6 Personen 24-59 Jahre mit Hund) Haben wunderbare 2 Wochen hier verbracht. Professionelle Abwicklung. Beschreibung genau. Sehr groƟes Haus, landestypisch, innen modernisiert, in dem nichts fehlte, groƟes eingezƤuntes GrundstĆ¼ck ( perfekt fĆ¼r Hund), mega Pool. Das Dorf mit BƤcker und 3 Restaurants (2 sehr zu empfehlen). 30 Min. Zu FuƟ. Supermarkt in 2 km. AusflĆ¼ge ins Hinterland zu empfehlen und CĆ“te dā€™Azur nach 30 Min. Fahrt zu erreichen. Wer das Land liebt und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Perfekt fĆ¼r Freunde oder Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
