sufficient, but not exciting
The overall stay was fine, but it looks like it's either in the process of being renovated, or it needs to be. The lights in the kitchen area didn't work. The front porch light didn't work. Some of the cupboards looked like they were in serious need of love. However, the couch is quite nice, and the beds were comfortable enough. I wouldn't want to stay long-term, but for one night it was fine.

Stayed over night for a trip to see my daughter who is working at the for a dude ranch in the Kern River area. When we arrived at the house it smelled horrible . Cleaning products and Fabulos and mugginess. The Furniture was dirty and the floor was filthy . Not sure why it smelled clean for a second Looked like it wasn’t mopped at all. Dishes had to be re washed and the kitchen was horrible the inside of the stove was dirty and window coverings were missing on the back yard slider and the kitchen window . Came across a couple of roaches in the hallway in the morning hours. Completely unacceptable, very dissatisfied.
