The Guesthouse is Very cozy & detach from the main house with a keypad entry. It gives you a peaceful & perfect stay. The BR is equipped w/a smart TV,2 luxury beds, a sofa, a dining table, full BA, a fridge, AC/heater, and Free (WiFi, EV Charger, gym, laundry). It is great for families, couples & business travelers, Pet friendly, and Near shopping, park, and church. Located in a quiet and safe community. Near Freeways ( 99, I5, 58,178).
This charming guesthouse was built in the backyard & is located in the Olive Park neighborhood, one of the best areas in Northwest Riverlakes Bakersfield. Close to the park, church, coffee, food, shops, gas, lake, golf course, and cinema in town.
The guesthouse may be rented for the baby showers or bridal showers along with the backyard & patio for $700 a day, plus the $ 100 cleaning fee.

Incredibly sweet host and lovely area
My stay for work was made easier by the host and being able to bring my dog with me during my stay. Location is excellent. Room and accommodations were wonderful. When I have to go back to this area I will certainly consider staying there again.

Deeper cleaning needed
We were able to find the home easily, and it is located in a nice neighborhood. Upon entering the cottage house, it was very simple, a small table/chairs, two beds, fridge and loveseat. However, the entry door and door to the bathroom were filthy dirty, the shower curtain had orange mold about 5 inches up from the bottom. The bathroom light was a motion detected light, which meant in the middle of the night you were blinded each time someone went into the bathroom. We shut it off but within a couple minutes it would turn back on. In addition, the bedding (specifically the comforters) were also dirty. This place is in a great location, but more TLC and cleaning is needed for guests.
