No shower, no hot water, no refund.
The room was big and spacious. The beds were okay. There was no water pressure or hot water on the 2nd floor. We contacted the front desk. They said they would let maintenance know. No shower- due to water pressure. Breakfast was not good. Asked for a refund and received points equal to 1/8 of our stay. We will not stay here again. We were very disappointed.

After checking in on my phone, when I finally to the front desk, lt took literally minutes before I was going to me room. One great thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Just this morning the hotel cooked items were ,eggs and sausage. In the sausage bin was many egg and spinach quishe.... so delicious. There is also fruits, begals, muffins, hot and cold cereals. Each morning is different. Before I had Strawberry Waffles.
