The property proudly presents two unique architecturally designed homes connected by landscaped gardens and manicured lawns providing an exceptional holiday experience with an abundance of space. It will feel like your own private resort. Quiet, peaceful, luxurious, views, mineral infinity pool, firepit, BBQ area and so much more.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and all are air conditioned. There are 3 lounge areas to choose from, each with a smart TV and free WIFI to stream your latest shows.

Cook up your favourite meal in the fully equipped kitchen of Wave Hill house on the 5 burner gas stove, brand new oven and island bench while taking in the view over the ocean. If you'd prefer to be poolside, there's also a fully equipped modern kitchen with oversized glass panels which open up to create an outdoor dining experience. No need to miss the pool action while making brunch, lunch or your favourite cocktail.

Cooking not your thing, no problem. You will be spoilt for choice with the range of local restaurants and cafes located in the village (who also offer take away), which is walking distance

There is ample parking with a 3 car garage and space behind for additional 4 cars.
The houses in detail:

WAVE HILL HOUSE:
The sweeping spiral staircase takes you from the entrance (around a mini-indoor putting green) up to the open plan living area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge.

An extendable dining table on the floating balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, watch the whales migrate (May to October), take in a sunrise or sunset and simply soak up the view.

The master bedroom with a king bed, sofa bed (request at the time of booking) and TV, offers an ensuite with bath and separate shower. A perfect retreat for couples who enjoy space and the option to watch the surf from the comfort of their bed!

The west wing is home to a Queen bedroom with an ensuite and a 3rd bedroom sleeping four with the option of a king or 2 single beds plus a set of bunks, with separate bathroom directly opposite.
All bedrooms have the option of air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Off the central living space, you will find an additional toilet, fully equipped laundry and pantry with cooking basics.

The backdoor takes you out the garden which includes a BBQ, impressive seating area and a firepit and connects the 2 homes via a set up fo steps.

THE POOL HOUSE:
Located adjacent to Wave Hill House, the Pool House is accessed from the backyard via a set of steps. It is also connected via a path from the garage area that winds past the fire pit and BBQ area and manicured lawns.

Showcasing modern luxuries alongside a stunning mineral swimming with high ceilings, bespoke finishes, abundance of natural light and private nooks you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding places to relax and unwind.

When setting foot on the expansive dining deck you will be greeted with views over the infinity swimming pool to the ocean beyond. The kitchen is wrapped in glass sliding windows creating an incredible entertaining area for cooking and open-air bar experience.

From here, glass sliding doors lead into the indoor dining area, great for cooler evenings or if you need to escape the heat. This space shares a double-sided gas fireplace with the adjacent media room and boasts a rosewood mantelpiece and partitioning doors for privacy.

The bunk room is also accessed from this area and shares an ensuite (with separate toilet), which doubles as a wet area for the pool with a roman style bath and shower.

The sunroom, lined with corrugated rosewood and velvet cushioned seating, invites you to curl up with a good book and cup of tea while taking in the view of the trees and ocean beyond the outdoor lounge space.

This beautiful space connects the dining area through to an additional lounge room complete with kitchenette (for a private morning coffee or tea, or perhaps a sundowner) shared between the 2 king bedrooms. The sliding doors open onto the expansive deck and offer views for miles out to the ocean.

The Master bedroom commands the Northeast corner of the property opens on to a private section of the same deck featuring an ensuite with twin shower heads and sinks. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your king bed or take advantage of the block out curtains and sleep in.

The courtyard room, also with a king bed and ensuite, offers a peaceful and private retreat to read and soak up the sun with both block out curtains and sheers.

The entire house is air-conditioned with the option of ceiling fans and louvered windows if natural cooling is preferred.

There are nespresso coffee machines in each kitchen and we provide the basics such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, foil and baking paper.
