Lovely cottage in speyside
It was a great stay for us. We did the dramathon, so a bit of a ride to the start, but it was such a lovely home. All the amenities taken care of, beautiful water view in the back garden. All communications and instructions were clear. It was so cozy, we loved our stay here.

Wonderful Waterside Cottage
The location was lovely--complete with the sound of the river behind the cozy and inviting back garden. The house was charming, and was a wonderful place to relax after our day trips. Information on the surrounding area was so helpful, and inspired some wonderful walks.

Relaxing few days in a beautiful spot
We really enjoyed our stay in this very cosy cottage. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. The location and surrounding area is just beautiful. We enjoyed a lovely walk from the door to the Glenlivet Distillery, the bar was very welcoming and the soft drinks, coffee and whiskey were all great, so everyone was happy! We also drove out to Ben Rinnes on a beautiful sunny day and had a great walk up to the top, the views were spectacular. We also drove out to Aviemore and did a lovely walk to Loch an eilein. Unfortunately the Wi-fi in the cottage was poor, we didn't take OS maps with us, so it was really tricky to plan walking routes without the internet and the double bed really really needs upgrading. We will be back to Scotland next year, it never ever disappoints :)

Lovely stay by the water side
The cottage is in an idyllic location, we loved sitting in the back garden overlooking the river! The Packhorse bridge is just a few steps away and the Glenlivet Distillery is within easy walk as well as a lovely trail to Drumin Castle. The cottage itself is beautiful and well furnished, with comfy beds and sofas. We especially enjoyed the board games and magazines! Some fresh supplies in the kitchen (like milk) would be appreciated but everything else you might need was there. We had a great stay, its the perfect place for both relaxing in the cottage or exploring the highlands by car.

Lovely cottage
Really clean, cosy and well appointed cottge. Only hiccup was getting two separate emails with different codes for the key box. Panic when the code given in the first email wasn't right! Also found the porch door difficult to unlock (door needed to be pulled very hard towards you first) - leading to more panic. Once we'd managed to get in we had a lovely time.

Fantastic Riverside Stay
Lovely warm welcoming property and very homely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very central for all the usual family haunts (Landmark, Highland Wildlife Park, Aviemore etc) We especially loved falling asleep to the sound of the river & will miss it greatly! We have already recommended to whisky connoisseur friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet getaway
We found "Waterside Cottage" to be a charming little retreat. Despite its compact size, the cottage is practically and cozily furnished, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its peaceful location next to the River Livet, near an old smugglers' bridge, adds to its unique charm. However, do note that it is close to a road where cars tend to drive quite fast, which can be a concern. Overall, it's a lovely spot for a quiet getaway in the Speyside region.
