Located in one of the finest tiny homes in the area, and it's only an hour's drive from Melbourne, passing through Tallarook, Seymour, and Euroa.

The Space:
Sunset View at Euroa by Tiny Away is a pastoral district located North East of Melbourne, just 8 minutes from Euroa near the Northern Republic Euroa (restaurant), Mawson Bakery, Fare Enough Euroa (cafe), and Gooram Falls are a few of the recommended attractions our vacationers enjoy.

This countryside retreat is located in one of the best tiny homes in Euroa, a 113-square-foot space with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria retreats here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise we have a second tiny house called "Hill View at Euroa" that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host in advance.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas including the farm, paddocks, and three dams. As an added note, we would like to remind PET OWNERS of the policies:

- Maximum 2 pets only with pet cleaning fee each
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of $33 for each pet per stay; paid directly to host
- Due to the nature of the locality, please obtain the owner's pre-approval before bringing your pet/dog to the accommodation. Cats are welcome, but prior approval is required.

By Car : 90 mins drive from Melbourne. The property is located next to Hume fwy between Benala and Euroa.

By public transport : Train to Euroa from Southern Cross and Euroa Taxi

- WiFi access in common area only
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Breakfast is available for an extra cost
- Grazing boxes are available for pre-order
- Outdoor fire pit is available for guests to use
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Firewood comes at an extra cost of $25 per bag
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host’s permission
- Please take note that there is $33 cleaning fee for each pet per stay to be paid directly to the host
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Fully functional shower and flush toilets are available in the common area or the kitchen block for your convenience

Guest Advisory

- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house
- Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
