I booked through HOTELS.COM which gave me the option to pay through Klarna. At check in the young lady did understand that Klarna issues a card num er through them that oays flr the room in whole, and i make payments to Klarna. She was about to cancel my reservation and do it through the hotel itself. I told her that the cc number she had was from Klarna and they would honor the payment. 5 days later the entore amount was taken from my incidentals card and not Klarna. Id like a total refund and the amount reinstated on my credit card for the inconvenience and overdraft fees that have been put on my credit card.

Shabby, scuffed up, pool table was broken, bar was unavailable, room was painted white and scuffed up. Carpets were stained. No one at front desk when we checked out and had to pay for parking on top of it all. We have been an Aloft family for years, but I have to say, they are getting shabby looking and this one was the worst yet.
