THIS PLACE IS BEYOND DISGUSTING. We checked in on 10/30 for a concert at CFG Arena. We chose this hotel because of proximity to the venue. The hotel lobby was ok, but as you progressed toward your room, you could see how outdated, dilapidated, and filthy this place is. Once we got in the room, we immediately noticed a stale mildew odor. Once we turned the lights on, we could see stains all over the carpet as well, as marks all over the walls, one part of the wall even had just like a patch of exposed drywall patch, where a hole had been punched through it The worst part was, we found not one but multiple cockroaches in the room. It was clear. The room had not been cleaned in forever and no one had inspected it before we checked in. There was also no cover on the mattress. We promptly left and asked for a refund. The front desk staff said he was unable to authorize a refund and he would have the manager. Give us a call promptly the next morning since we had to book a whole new hotel. I have since called twice and spoke to multiple people leaving my name and email and no one has gotten back to me. Save your money and look elsewhere for accommodations. I will try to upload my photos of the room and the cockroaches if I can.

Roach motel
The forst room we stayed in smelled like mold, and the carpet was wet. Then we moved rooms, and in the morning i went to fill the coffee maker with water and two roaches crawled out.

Staff were great! With the restaurant closed there’s a grab and go breakfast. The toaster was not working - had to reach in or stick plastic ware in to get out muffins or toast- it would not pop up. Only 1 side worked. Paper towel machine in the lobby bathroom did not work, and being electronic there was no way to manually dispense them. The room had a safety latch which was ripped half off the wall- not safe at all, would not stop the door from opening. The dresser door to the fridge cabinet was broken, and would not close. This meant the fridge door had to be opened to access any dresser drawers. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. If not for them I would be giving 2 or 3 stars.
