I liked that it was a 5 minute walk from the hotel to a Kosher Supermarket. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was a 5 minute Uber ride to the event I needed to be at. Only problem being is that Hilton Honors points are not granted when booking through Orbitz.

My first stay - Desk attendant told me my room would not have running water 8am-nighttime!! When I complained, she found me another room. 2nd Stay - My refrigerator didn’t work, so all food had to be moved back into my cooler. TV remote was dead. That said, the staff is mostly friendly and responsive to most issues - but not the fridge. I won’t return.

Hi I had a terrible experience checking in. It was 98 degrees and I parked not far from the main road where the Double Tree sign was and started walking with heavy bags. I couldn’t find the entrance as the “Office Entrance was locked up. I walked all around trying to find the entrance. I called but I couldn’t hear the two people who were talking because of the traffic but I could understand that they were telling me i hadn’t found the entrance but I knew that already. So I kept walking down the left side of the buildings I found no entrance but I found a fitness center and there was a door into the hotel. It was open. Thank God. I was all sweaty and my arms hurt. A woman should be able to travel by herself without this kind of problem. Anyway I found a very sweet maid who couldn’t speak English but finally was able to point the way to the check in desk. Later I realized that the entrance to the Double Tree was on the other side of the building. You really need to add to the sign at the main road so people know where to drive to find the correct parking lot and Entrance. After I got checked in I had a very good room but the ice was not on my floor. I had to call zero to find out the ice was on third and fifth. The check in lady and man were cold and way too soft spoken and I am not hard of hearing.

I stayed the weekend of 8/2-8/4. On 8/3 the power went out, the hotel did not have a back up generator so my kids and l had to sleep in a room with no light, ac, tv, WiFi, charging outlets, food that was in the refrigerator spoiled, my water and juice was luke warm, no ice because the ice machine was not working! All this and they refuse to give a refund! I checked out around 11:30am Sunday morning and the power was still not on yet!

The electricity went out, including air conditioning and we waited 2 1/2 hours. We decided to leave and expected a refund but there was already someone at the front desk asking about a refund and the front desk was already complaining saying there was nothing they could do and finally gave a number for corporate. I disagree with that.

The staff was extremely helpful & pleasant. Their cookies were delicious but I didn’t get any on my checkin so they kept offering one at the end of the day. I had to wait 2 days to get a handicapped room.
