Arrived at 3:30 no rooms cleaned counter guy was good said he’d call when he had one available he did call me but being out of town we went to eat after long trip. I booked a room far in advance so we could check in shower and change before dinner. Also breakfast isn’t a breakfast it’s muffins in bags and cereal bars. Booked it to because of trav distance from destination and breakfast?

Kahina should be especially praised. She went far beyond expectations in being helpful. When she finished her shift, Uzo and Halima came on duty and were also courteous and helpfu. Only complaint, bathroom is too small
