This was a terrible experience the worst Vrbo experience I ever had. No communication no consideration for the time of my arrival. Would never recommend. Please avoid this Vrbo.

Never got check in instructions. When I got there I messaged the host who never responded. I called and it went directly to voicemail but I couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox was full. I knocked on the door hoping someone would be there and a dog from inside the apartment started barking. Had to find somewhere else to stay and it cost a fortune bc of the last minute booking

Comfy and cozy weekend getaway
My boyfriend had gotten tickets for us to go to the Baltimore National Aquarium for our anniversary because I have been talking forever about going, and so I wanted to turn out into a fun weekend together so I looked into spots nearby and found Tiffany and her lovely property. She was absolutely great at communicating and providing such a lovely environment. The apartment itself was so clean upon arrival and we loved the open format. It was really nice for just the two of us. Very very spacious. Tiffany also provided snacks and other trinkets that made the stay that much better. I am someone who tends to ask tons of questions often and she was very patient and willing to answer questions and provide service. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I was unable to purchase the anniversary package that she offers, but she still made sure the apartment was set up to commemorate the occasion. All that being said, my boyfriend and I will be returning for weekend trips in the future and will be booking with Tiffany again. She set the bar extremely high as far as hostesses go and it will be hard to not compare any future bookings done elsewhere to this experience. Truly the best

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin! Tiffany and NaTasha are the best Hosts on earth! We had an awesome experience this weekend! I would rate this location 100 stars period! I loved Tiffany from our first conversation to our departure. Tiffany checked on me to make sure everything was going well. Tiffany displayed top notch hospitality and exceptional customer service form the beginning. Very clean, well stocked, amazing care / gift bag ,cozy and welcoming inside, bottled water, snacks, quite residence, etc. We felt like we were on a resort! I can't wait to return back here! I didn't want to leave! Thank you so much Tiffany and Natasha for such a memorable experience! You're doing an amazing job in this industry!
