Pool closed
The pool was closed abruptly while we were in the pool for cleaning purposes. Myself and a few other guest complained about the situation to the front desk and we were tell that management request the pool to be closed due to the many kids that were in the pool . Very disappointed don’t think I’ll visit again.

We were very happy with our room. It was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety of options. The breakfast room staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We were very close to the areas we wanted to see and the ballpark. All were within easy walking distance.

Nice stay as long as you're not on tight schedule
We came to Baltimore for a couple days for family vacation to see the Orioles play. The hotel was close to the field and convenient to the restaurants we chose to try. Our 2 complaints: 1. our a/c did not work well-it never did get to the desired temperature. 2. We paid $90 for 2 nights of parking and it took no less than 30 minutes every time we tried to get our car to go somewhere. In fact, every single time we came down to pick up our car, they claimed they had not gotten our requests and had not even left to get our car. Very frustrating for the price we paid to park/valet.

We were in an accessible room. The walk-in shower was perfect. The layout of the room was not. The sofa was located on the same wall as the TV so it could not be used for viewing. That left the desk chair and bed to sit on. The bed itself was not as comfortable as I would have expected given the price of the room. We need an accessible room because my husband is recovering from a Spinal Cord Injury. Even in the lobby there was only one set of sofas that would support his neck when sitting, and none in our room. When we ventured out mid morning, there were two men propped against the front of the building not far from the front door that appeared to be lifeless.

You have to use a key on elevator to get to rooms. Good hearty breakfast. Very quiet. Didn’t use pool. Told water was cold.

First let me say the staff at breakfast, front desk and valet were exceptional! Nice and kind people. Now lets talk about the room. The rug was flat out disgusting and had a stench. We had to buy lysol to kill the ordor. I cannot understand for the life of me why these hotels do not shampoo their rugs at least every 7 months to a year. We had to wear flip flops around the room. If you don't care or don't have rhe money or staff to maintain a rug then how about just having a bare floor. Also the furniture could use a dusting. I dont know if its the management of house keeping or what but this is unacceptable. Will not return.
