Our check in was not completed immediately and another person checked in and also had our room and same key and walked in on us, 5 minutes after we checked in. The situation turned out ok but could have had drastic or embarrassing consequences. Also kids were roaming and dancing in the hallways with no adults after 10:30 pm. Overall need to be better

The hotel was adequate. Aome wear in the room. The shower had 2 co ditioners a d no shampoo. They were locked down. Biggest problem. Was I was in for a funeral. Lots of kids teams running in the hallways, unacceptable loud music, lots of trash because of kids.

This property was beautiful and in great condition. The staff were kind. We showed up late at night, minutes after placing the reservation. There was a lot of conversation between the two staff about not having a reservation card for me, but still had some for other people. After a few minutes of standing there, I was told about a deposit put on a card (of my choosing). Then the receptionist had struggles getting my room key to work, so he had the other receptionist do it. When the original receptionist pointed to directed me to my room, he had my license in his hand and told me to have a good night. I reminded him to give it back. No true complaints. If anything, I felt like the receptionist didn’t really talk to me much, but was more or less talking to the other receptionist. I loved the hotel and would 10/10 stay there again!
