We liked it very much because we could walk to both events we attended. Parked our car in their garage on premises. The entire staff couldn't have been more pleasant and very helpful. It was a great stay for us and plan on staying there again on our next trip to Baltimore.

The hotel is gorgeous! I love Hyatts in general. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. My pillowcases had a stinch to them not funky or anything just not fresh. Found some type of tiny black gnat-like bug in the bathroom sink, didn’t think anything of it when I checked in— just killed it, but next morning there was another in the sink, not sure what they were. Bathroom needs a little cosmetic attention, but the hotel was nice looking. Overall, I would stay here again maybe it was just that room.

We came to go to Camden Yards. The hotel was just 4 blocks away. It was very safe to walk there and back. We are 80 years old, and everyone was so nice to us. so walked to breakfast one morning. It was about 12 blocks from the hotel. The harbor was only two blocks away and then we walked along the harbor to see the shops. We enjoyed our visit to Baltimore. Two of the lights were out in our room when we got there . We called down to the front desk and the guy came and replaced them within 20 minutes. I've never had such quick service! I would choose this hotel if I was in Baltimore again.

Property was average. Check in was terrible - got there at 4:00 on a Saturday and there was a huge line. When I finally got to the front I was told the room wasn't ready. Waited about 40 minutes while others got there rooms except us and one other group. Finally went up to the desk on my one and was told room still was not ready. Upon asking for management, the women at the desk went to a back room and all of a sudden I had a room, by this time it was nearly 5:00.

Very convenient walk to/from Camden Station and Oriole Park. Staff very accomodating when I added an additional night. Only complaint would be low water pressure and lack of hot water in my 1st overnight room (6th floor near the terrace pool).

Our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived 5.5 hour after check-in time. That was a drag, but everything else about the place was great. I can’t overstate how friendly the staff was. Great service!

The property was excellent bed were comfortable bathroom clean and check in staff was very friendly. One of the water taxi guy was rude. Don’t know name. Other then that nice trip.

Staff was excellent and helpful other than the woman cleaning the Bistro on the third floor at 1:30AM Sunday 8/18/24. She was slammimg things around and sliding furniture around which echoed throughout the building. Our room faced that side she was on and we could clearly hear it for at least 45 minutes. Besides that parking, checking in and out, the condition if the room and the food at the Bistro were all great. Walking distance to everything the Inner Harbor has to offer. Dwfinitwly would stay there again.

Hotel is located near Camden yards and National Aquarium (walking distance to both) check in was ridiculous with a half hour wait in the lobby. Rooms was decent but the toilet sits very low to the ground and may be hard for some.

We arrived around 10pm, ample amount of time after check in time, and told our room was not ready. After about 15 minutes of the front desk checking we are placed in a room on a low floor with two Full beds, not what we ordered. We go back to the front desk to explain our dissatisfaction And their attempt to rectify is putting us on 2 floors up from where we were. In addition to this mix up my husband and I had to handle, we were unable to attend our dinner plans because of how long the switching of rooms took. The hotel itself is fine and basic but will not return.
