1) from the first night till the last, the WiFi refused to connect in our room but worked fine everywhere else. 2) there were two AC units in the room. One would not turn on so only half of the room was receiving air. 3) the breakfast on the first morning was good. The breakfast on the second morning and the last morning made our stomachs run 4) the hall smelled of urine and the longer we stayed, the more pungent the smell got 5) the house keeping didn’t actually clean the room in our absence, they only made up the bed. We had to go downstairs and get more towels ourselves 6) on the last night, the Power went out somewhere in the hotel. The elevator was not working (we stayed on the top floor), half of the lights in our room would not turn on, the tv would not turn on and when it did the cable was no longer working, and then the air completely stopped working. The only saving grace through all of this was that the staff was really nice.

Good location and close to lots of restaurants, fast food chains, gas station, etc. The room wasn't sparkling clean but the service at the front desk made up for it. Would recommend for short stays.

It was v disappointing. In description it says free crib/extra bed. And at the property they said we don’t have/offer extra crib for the baby. I asked for non smoking room as we reached at the floor they gave us room on had really strong smell of smoke like weed and cigarettes. And i got charged alot more than it showed online. I wasn’t worth the money i paid for.

I have felt like I have entered the smoke paradise with os smell if cigarettes everywhere in the hall, rooms lift very bad experience and limited breakfast with bad attitude.

Towels have hair all over The shower have hair around the glass door , carpet dusty around the corners ice only available on 3rd floor or down stairs Elevator DOOR make very big noise need repair, hallway to the 4th floor smell weed, A/c need painting around and big hole under a/c wall from the carpet.

Parking situation is a little weird but ok if the hotel is not super booked. Our key cards stopped working half way through the stay and we had to get new ones. Over all very clean room and nice staff. Breakfast was also great.

I am VERY UPSET I NEED $25 REFUND ASAP!!! I have been here since wednesday staying til monday in same room extending stay no housekeeping requested no sheets cleaning or towels requested etc all i asked was they honor $75 max pet fee by stay and yet they charged me ANOTHER $25 today to take it to $100 all i ask is what is deserved and listed on policy refund me $25 to card immediately and nothing more nothing less
