My experience with the lord Baltimore hotel was horrible as far as the condition of the room the staff on other hand were awesome. The lobby area was nice however I can’t speak on the food because I didn’t bother to try it. The rooms are DIRTY the beds are old and uncomfortable when you lay on the bed you sink into the springs of the mattress (if you’re pregnant be aware). The bathroom was nasty I brought my own cleaning supplies and self clean especially with having my 3 year old with me… i barely wanted to use the shower. The carpet is FILTHY wear slippers if you just wear your socks you would be completely disgusted. The furniture is old and worn out as well as the refrigerator and the walls are horrible and the rooms are also very dark. I did have a nice view of the city and the walk to inner harbor was only about 5mins so the location of the hotel was fine. They really need to consider a full renovation I was literally scared to rest as the thought of bedbugs kept running through my head that’s how bad the condition was. NASTY NASTY NASTY environment DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE again the staff were awesome but it’s not worth staying I ONLY GAVE 5 stars so my honest view on this hotel could be seen.

It was very clean! However they can tone it down a bit on the cleaning spray which was overwhelming when I entered my room, coughed for a good 20 minutes. Front desk so so service. Nice place to stay tho.

So convenient! Independently owned, I think? Nothing fancy. Easy check in and functioning elevators. Enough employees to accommodate guests. Willingness to take care of luggage when we had late flights. Special kudos to Sam, the bartender. Seriously, just like Cheers! He was great. Super recommendations for not only food and drinks, but unique Baltimore sites.

Amazing stay and awesome staff person Ashley
From check in at front desk, Ashley the person who checked us in was amazing, we were greeted by her and very welcoming, she has a great personality and pleasant person to talk to and we saw her again at breakfast where she was stationed and there she continued to person she is when we checked in. Absolutely will come again and hope she is the person we see from start to finish.

The sink was broken, the shower had nothing in it but was clogged to the point we got draino delivered but that didn’t help and we had a puddle of water in our tub. Limited options for vending left us going to the bottom floor for snacks. You would think for a famous hotel it would be nicer than a stay at a red roof in but I would have had at least had an ice machine and vending machine on my floor there

From the moment we showed up early to the checking out I did not feel the staff were friendly with the exception of the bartender at the LB Tavern during the day. I did not get a king size bed or a deluxe room, the room did not look like what was pictured on Expedia or their website. One of the pillow cases was missing & the sheet was ripped. I was very disappointed with this hotel & would never recommend it to anyone.

Service biggest draw
3 night stay. Room was spacious and had all the needed amenities. Our room didn’t have a good view. Minor issue with the shower nozzle and thought it was odd to see a bathroom with no vent. Older hotel but everything functioned well and was clean. Hotel has a lot of history and it’s mentioned throughout, which is smart. Adds a lot to the flavor of the building. Great location, close to all the downtown area has to offer. The biggest plus was the service. The valet, bar and front service were alol excellent. Good value for the money.

The receptionist at my check in was very friendly and was able to get us in early. Ashley the valet was funny and very friendly. Great bar, only thing that could have been different was the bar could have been opened after the concert, especially considering how many people were staying there for Pearl Jam. Otherwise the stay was great and would definitely come back should the opportunity to visit the city again come up

Hotel is dated. We were on the 12th floor and could hear everything going on at street level. Elevators broke twice leaving people stranded in them until the fire department showed the one night. Beds were comfy and room was decent size. No place to set a 2nd luggage bag except on the floor. Dining at the restaurant was unimpressive. Fries tasted freezer burnt and my salad tasted like watery lettuce. We came in for a concert at the arena which was just across the street so that was convenient. We would stay again for a night but probably not any longer.
