I reserved 3 rooms through Hotels.com and in the process, it asks who will be staying in each room, so I entered each name for each room, then paid for my 3 room order under one order. While checking in, they requested ID as usual, but then stated they need ID and cards on file from each person I said was staying in the room. I already provided my ID and card for file as this was MY room purchase (all 3 I paid with my bank card). One of my guests could not join us and we had no refund rooms so we were going to use the extra room for other plans and the staff would not give us a room key to the 3rd room because they needed the ID and card for the person listed staying in the room (who could not attend). So since they wouldn't give me access to a room I paid for, I asked for my money back and they refused a refund as well because we paid 3rd party ( which I understand that part) but the fact they withheld a room that a customer paid for is beyond unprofessional, theft and down right disrespectful to do to a customer who drove from states away, and paid a lot of money to stay at their hotel and provide them with customers. The room my guests had a broken heater and we didn't complain, but would have been convenient to have that extra room that we paid for so they could sleep in a normal temperature room. Beds were very comfortable, and the shower pressure and temperature were nice but the customer service was awful. Not worth the stay, I do not recommend.
