Welcoming and clean!
From check in to check out everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. How to operate the parking was a little confusing, but that was not related to the hotel. We had drinks at the bar in the evening which were very good. I highly recommend the hotel.

My college age son and I came in for the raven vs redskins game. Great location…close to the inner harbor…great restaurants within walking distance….safe and clean area. The parking is $$$$…$36 self park in connected parking deck….cheaper to park across the street.

The hardest part was getting an Uber to know where you were based on the address. Making sure the address is updated in all transportation apps is critical for guests. The parking process was hard to understand.

The elevators weren’t working and very slow. We had to wait 10-15 min for the elevators

The elevators situation was terrible. I understand that there were many guests staying in the hotel but there are 4 elevators and often, there were only one or two elevators running. The hotel was PACKED for multiple concerts and events, so it’s unacceptable to not be running as many elevators as possible. The front desk staff was also not very friendly, and I really try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I understand they were super busy but the rudeness and lack of attentiveness was obvious.
