Beach Level House down on the Bandon jetty!

Grandma's house is located down on the jetty (beach level) so beach access is easy for young children and elderly alike. Grandma will lend you her house, beautifully furnished and equipped for special getaways or small family gatherings. Kitchen is well stocked with all the basics, coffee/coffee maker (not Keurig), tea and sugar.

Front door entrance is located downstairs. There is a 15 steps to second main floor with a hand rail on both sides of stairway.

The upstairs kitchen, dining, living entertainment area has a partial ocean view, TV with basic cable and streaming available. WIFI internet included. This room is where everyone hangs out together! Walk out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze!

Grandma's house has 5 bedrooms total. There are 4 queen bedrooms; two upstairs, two downstairs along with a downstairs bunk room (two bunk beds and two single beds).

No parties, only people that are booked as guests.

SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.

Grandma's house has two bathrooms: The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo with grab bars, washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom has a small walk-in shower. Downstairs bathroom has two counters and large mirror. The downstairs bathroom does not have a bath tub.

Downstairs, two queen bedrooms with private doors. Bunk room is not private. Garage has been made into a hang area... couches and has a stream only T.V. Open the garage and sit in big chairs and watch the ducks walk by! The barbeque is located in the garage. Please take barbeque outside while using.

Grandma's house has outdoor parking for 4 vehicles only. If you bring a trailer or boat that is considered as one parking spot. If there are more vehicles, park at the public jetty. Public jetty there is no overnight parking, only during the daytime. Hopefully, only four vehicles coming. Thank you for respecting the 4 vehicle parking situation. Do not park in front of our neighbors properties.

Golfers: Grandma's house is a 10 min. drive to the famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course. Our favorite golf course, Bandon Crossings Golf Course is just 10 min. drive south of town. Carts are available there.

Lots of fun things to do: Enjoy a short walk to the beach, witness breath taking views of the ocean, amazing rock formations, shopping, great restaurants, fishing/ crabbing, golfing on world famous courses, horseback riding on the beach, agate hunting on the beach, Wild Animal Game Park., the historical Coquille light house, all for your special time in Bandon!

It’s a short 1-2 minute drive from grandma’s house drive to Bandon's Old Town , great restaurants, fresh crab and fish, shopping, artist galleries, candy shop, fishing dock... Bandon is a perfect place to relax, hang with family and friends, take pictures, beach walk , sight-see , eat great food! There is a weekly weekend Farmer’s market and yearly festivals like the Cranberry Festival and Gorse Blossom Festival!

Nice Getaway
Grandma’s House was a lovely stay! There five of us- four adults and one child. The upstairs living room was comfy for a night in of games or movies, while still enjoying the sound of the ocean. There were plenty of kitchen tools to use for cooking. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay!

This place is well equipped! The location is amazing too. It has a good view, it's close to old town, the beach, and the jetty!Iis hard to find a place with 4 adult sized beds in separate rooms, this well kept house has that and an additional bunk room for your littles.This house has ample parking and is well kept. We loved our time at Grandma's House. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone, a well equipped kitchen, great common spaces for everyone to spend time together. The best part of all is the location. The views of the Oregon coast are amazing. We would love to stay here again.

Great location and perfect size
A great spot for a lady's getaway with five of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed plus extras which helps if you plan to cook. It is a great location with a short walk to the beach. It is also very close to the park and downtown. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Mold throughout house, strong chemical smell
When first walking in the house had a very strong chemical fragrance smell. It was horrible. There was pervasive mold from what appeared to be a water leak all across the bathroom ceiling. There was mold in many other places, brown streaks on the bedroom wall upstairs. Assuming smell was to mask mildew in the house? We had migraines in less than an hour and had to leave the premises. Owner is not responding and we are waiting on a refund dispute as the owner isn’t approving one even though we were not able to stay here due to how sick it made us all feel. No clue how this place has five stars unless it is a recent leak that wasn’t disclosed

The house was very clean and well stocked right down to the poo poree in the bathroom ( This is a favorite of mine ☺️) The house is in a quite neighborhood safe for the kids to play and ride there bikes. Very easy access to the beach just a short walk to the beach. This was our second year and will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Getaway Stay
This lovely home had everything we were looking for and more. The view was great, access to the beach was easy, and the bedrooms were each delightful. Plenty of space, bright and open, the great room was an easy place to hang out. We didn’t have any kids there, but there was another room for them to hang out in. I almost hate giving it a good review— for I’d like to go back sometime, and want it to be available!

Bliss by the beach
Location! Just a short walk to the Jetty. Gorgeous ocean view. Weird bedroom layout on the bottom floor. You have to walk through the bunk room to get to two bedrooms and a bathroom, but we made it work. Absolutely would stay here again!

I would not recommend this property to those with sensitivity to smells, for now. But owners will be addressing. It was a very windy few days and we were stuck inside the home most of the time. Unfortunately the home has been heavily smoked in and I’m very sensitive to the smell. The smoke was coming from the furnished garage on the main level but filled the bedrooms above the garage with the smell. An odor bomb had also been set off which made just another strong aroma. Anyways not my cup of tea. The owners were apologetic, confirmed the property is intended to be non-smoking and say they will be addressing the issue. They were kind enough to send a small refund due to the inconvenience, but it’s just a fraction of what I would be charged if I smoked in the house that is advertised as non smoking. Would not stay here again.

House is located in a great location with a nice view of the ocean and sunset from the top deck. House is big enough for a large family but could use a half bath when you have a large group as well as more toilet paper. It’s conveniently located to beach access and close to town as well. Kitchen was nice and large but could use some updating of their dishes and more kitchen towels would be good. An added couch up stairs by the large window would really enhance it. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

70th BD
Once again had the most wonderful stay with my family. We gathered to celebrate my 70th BD!!! Could not have asked for a better location for our gathering. Loved it so much we are talking about making it a family event. The new stove was also very nice.
