we had an enjoyable stay at your location. it was convenient and comfortable.Breakfast was very good> Employee was very helpful and freindly, Rory(sic). The bad thing was the location of our room. Located by the restaurants and bars made for a very noisy night. I mean night as of midnight to 3am. Little hard to sleep thru all the noise that drunks make. Live and learn on that issue. other than that it was a great stay.

Brewster Mountain Lodge was great! It was located in the center of Banff and we easily walked to shops, restaurants, the Bow River, and Tunnel Mountain. They had a small parking lot but parking per day was reasonable and there is also local buses nearby. Small breakfast, but enough to get your day going. No complaints here!

I enjoyed my stay. The continental breakfast was excellent. The room was excellent. The availability of the parking garage was great. Location in town allows easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful in planning activities.

What an amazing hotel and staff. Location - It has excellent views of the mountain and is right in the center of downtown. We walked to so many great restaurants during our stay, nothing more than 5 mins away. Staff - is just amazing. We worked with Jack on the front desk, he is excellent and helped us so much with our questions and getting us the best room. Jana is warmer than the breakfast she serves. She is amazing and so it the breakfast spread she manages. Rooms and property are extremely clean and quiet and parking is extremely convenient. If we go back this would be our first choice of hotels.
