The property is well-maintained, centrally located, and conveniently close to bus stops. The hotel features an excellent jacuzzi, pool, and sauna on the top floor, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountain range. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The heating is noisy and when it turned off, temperature dropped quickly. This is probably the only downside. The rest was quite good!

The staff were top class at this hotel, extremely friendly and helpful! The hot pools on the roof were amazing and very much needed after a day on the slopes. If I come back to Banff I will only stay here 5* in every way! Thank you to all the staff

The facility was nice, modern and clean. The food was good. Convenient location, convenient underground parking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice decor inside, nice amenities. The only minor things we didnt like were the motel style external accesses. Especially before and after the hot tub and pool. The parking, elevator, room are not secured by room card. The rooms are reliatively small, if you have more than 2 people take the double queen room. The balcony is small. And if theres a seperage bedroom there arent heat vents in each room. So the bedroom is super hot and the living room cold. Lastly there should be an L shaped floor mat at the entrance of the room for snowy boots. Instead of the little one that doesnt cover much. The service at the restaurant around noon to 1 wasnt the best either.
