As soon as we enter, we could smell pee coming to the bathroom. Tiles in the bathroom have some brown molds? I think. The extra blanket havve a small chunck of hair. And the worst.part is someone stole my black silk bathrobe.

We were in Banff for a wedding and it was the ideal spot they gave us free bus passes for the weekend so we could go downtown and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains would definitely stay again.

Large rooms, tastefully decorated, appeared to be recently renovated, friendly check in staff. Banff parking is horrible due to the crowds, the hotel has a bus stop in front of the hotel and they give bus passes to the guests to get around town. The area is in the mountain area with lots of trees. I would stay there again.
