The condition of the room assigned at the beginning was in very bad condition. First the TV was down so were the fridge and the two lights along the TV side. There were cockroaches along the trimmings near the ceiling. I called the night duty manager but no one came to fix the problems. The next day I went to talk to the receptionist and they changed my room straight away. The room was good. Overall, the location of this hotel is excellent. The service staff and polite and helpful.

Whilst the hotel staffs are extremely friendly, it is the room that needs more attention. Rooms are very old. Had problems with electric sockets which are located beneath the table. The bathroom looks very old and it is quite dirty too. Door to the room has many scratches. Door bell doesn't work. There is a smell at the corridors. If one comes out from the lift at night, it looks scarily eerie. Overall experience, not too good.

I had roaches in my room. Turned the lights on and watched them run all over the place! At first glance it appears decent but once we got to the room it was a disaster! Run down old I bet it looked real good in the 80’s but it probably hasn’t been touched since.
