One of the worst hotel that i have stayed in my entire life. The room is extremely dirty with many tiny cockroaches , very dusty and very smelly. Mushy and mouldy smell on the corridor and room from the carpet. Toilet is with high bathtubs without any shower hose , dangerous to get up and down. Brown shower curtain. Truly disgusting.

Property is old and not maintained. Firstly, room was very rundown and had cobwebs at corners of the walls. There was also no proper power points for phone charging. The only available points were behind the curtains which were in assessable. Secondly, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Thirdly, which is the worst and it is totally not acceptable as there were small cockroaches crawling around the room. We even managed to catch a few everyday and my husband has taken quite a few photos of them. We requested for room change but were rejected as they claimed they had no spare rooms. On our 3rd night we had no hot water to shower as their hot water system was spoiled. Only then they offered to change room for us. The room was slightly better than the previous. However bathtub was leaking. After a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water. This hotel is the most horrible accommodation that we had stayed before. Not to even mention, it is listed as a 4-star hotel. The stay gave us a very bad experience and an unforgettable one. We will never return.

Very convenient location. Multiple malls and grocery working minutes of walk. Facilities are old but acceptable. Beds are firm shower is strong. Dimsum restaurant in hotel is 5 stars and good price to western standard.

Cockroach infested and haunted
The rooms smelled bad, and were infested with cockroaches! My first room (1224) felt haunted as the lights would work/not work for no reason, there were tapping noises on the table, the phone would ring randomly… and I finally asked for a change when I saw baby cockroaches. The 2nd room felt less creepy but had larger sized baby cockroaches.

Awesome Location but Terrible Rooms
With such an awesome location, the operators really should modernise their rooms. Some of the rooms bring me back to the 80s. I was moved to a better renovated room which is really appreciated but the condition was not up to today's standard. They renovated only parts of the renovated room, and it was obvious. I love the location but i think i would skip this hotel for my next trip to bkk. Very disappointing indeed.

Excellent hotel. The staff offer a high level of service at all times. Good location as Big C is to the right and Central World across the road. Rooms suitable for my needs. There was only one visible / accessible power point.

Hotel have good location but very old and rundown. Shower need to climb into and stand on bathtub then climb out of bathtub again which is dangerous as bathtub is slippery. Shower head is very dirty full of mold and most of the hole are block by dirt. Wall tiles around shower area are also very dirty with mold. 3 pin Power socket are behind the curtain. Need to keep the curtain open in order to use the power socket. Carpet are dirty and dusty. Toothbrush and shaver are not provide. Small bottle shower gel and shampoo were only provided on day 1 & day 3. Not replenished on day 2. 2 bottle of water were provided on day 1 and day 3. Not replenished on day 2. Power socket beside the basin for electric shaver are broken with wire expose which is very dangerous.

The condition of the room assigned at the beginning was in very bad condition. First the TV was down so were the fridge and the two lights along the TV side. There were cockroaches along the trimmings near the ceiling. I called the night duty manager but no one came to fix the problems. The next day I went to talk to the receptionist and they changed my room straight away. The room was good. Overall, the location of this hotel is excellent. The service staff and polite and helpful.

Whilst the hotel staffs are extremely friendly, it is the room that needs more attention. Rooms are very old. Had problems with electric sockets which are located beneath the table. The bathroom looks very old and it is quite dirty too. Door to the room has many scratches. Door bell doesn't work. There is a smell at the corridors. If one comes out from the lift at night, it looks scarily eerie. Overall experience, not too good.
