I booked this hotel without really researching or reading reviews. This hotel has one of the best customer service I’ve encountered. It’s also walking distance to the mall but the hotel offers buggy transportation. I will definitely be staying here again.

amazing. a new hotel with lots of money spent but lacks some expirience by managers regarding recruiting. detailing of hotel as a whole.

About a 5 minute walk to Siam Paragon. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Room was clean. Well maintained hotel. The kids room is a bit outdated but my kid still enjoyed playing there
