Terrible Experience
Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived.
