Las fotografĂ­as mostradas en la web, muestran todas las habitaciones con vistas a la ciudad. Eso fue lo que nos moviĂł a contratar con el hotel. Sin embargo, recibimos una habitaciĂłn con vistas a un parking, y eso no aparece en la descripciĂłn de las habitaciones. Lo cual no nos pareciĂł del todo honesto. AdemĂĄs, las habitaciones son algo ruidosas, no estĂĄn bien aisladas; incluso se oye el ruido del compresor de la mĂĄquina de vending y de hielo que hay en el pasillo cerca de los ascensores. Lo cual no nos parece detalle de hotel de 5 estrellas. La piscina es algo pequeĂąa y, en ocasiones demasiado saturada de clientes. Claramente no ha sitio para todos. El desayuno, bien, pero no excelente. BollerĂ­a congelada y de poca calidad. Ausencia total de pan. El cafĂŠ, de mĂĄquina en la que hay que hacer cola porque hay pocas; serĂ­a mĂĄs eficiente que el servicio ofreciera servirlo en mesa directamente, igual que las tortillas y resto de platos del show cooking. Los cubiertos estĂĄn todos amontonados en el centro de la mesa, y pueden ser fĂĄcilmente manipulables por el resto de clientes. No entiendo que, solamente con este detalle, obtengan el sello de calidad en higiene del que son garantes. El hotel estĂĄ bien en reglas generales, pero no de acuerdo a los niveles de excelencia que se requieren en un 5 estrellas. Las fotos del hotel que publicitan no reflejan el estado actual de sus instalaciones. Buena situaciĂłn, cerca del RĂ­o y del mercado nocturno.

A very nice clean hotel, away from the hustle and bustle. Checking in was a breeze. We arrived an hour before check in time but our room was already ready. Special shout out to the reception staff (all) who made us feel welcomed. Hotel has bus shuttle to Sala Daeng (very limited timings, would be good to have evening shuttle) and Saphan Taksin (earlier and more timings) BTS stations. Tokens were given to exchange for food, drinks, cookies, mug, games, eco bag and set of 4 pouch. Bangrak Grill on the 30th floor has a stunning river view. Impromptu decision to have a late night 'snack' of steak, with our can of beer and water bought from 7Eleven prior, the service staff provided us with glasses to pour the drinks into, without any prompting (though we didnt intend to drink our beverage there). Good food and fantastic immaculate service! Wide range of breakfast items with chinese, indian, western and thai food. Good range of fruits and salads. The pool, steam and suana rooms, gym and games room are very clean. Good place to stay but cant say the same for location wise.
