I stayed here for a concert that was happening at Thunderdome nearby. The service during check-in was excellent, staff asked if we were there for the show and knew the band which really made us feel welcome! Loved how the hotel is connected by sky bridge to not just the concert venue but also a mall and the convention centre. The room suited our needs for the short stay and it was a perfectly comfortable night.

Conveniently located if you are attending events at Impact and also near to malls. Friendly staff and good cleanliness. Minus is that the shower is not hot enough even at the maximum and only 1 type of 3 in 1 shower gel is provided. No disposable shaving razor provided too.

Stayed here a few times because the hotel is close to impact arena and thunder dome. Both walkable distance. About 10 minutes and there is a sheltered walkway connected. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early as they knew we were there for the concert. Really appreciate this so we had some time to freshen up before the concert. Room is big enougj for 2 girls with big luggages, toilet is abit small but enough and clean. Definitely will stay here again! Thanks so much.

I liked my stay there except for 1 small thing. My luggage was cracked after my flight from Singapore and I only found out the day before I was supposed to fly back. I asked the reception whether there was a place to buy luggage, they don't know. I asked to borrow their scotch tape or masking tape and they only had scotch tape. They refused to let me bring it to my room & instead asked me to bring my cracked luggage down to tape it up. I declined. Isn't it ridiculous, to bring my luggage down and be fixing my luggage in front of everyone else? They never thought of the guest. Will I be stealing the scotch tape? I was already in distress and they behaved in this manner. Hope they think things through in future.

No Wi-Fi, the fridge in the room wasn’t working, towels were ragged, very basic room, plastic chair, no balcony, smaller bed than other hotels in the area and price bracket offer. It’s only value add is it is next to Impact so great for that location only. Otherwise there are way better options in Bangkok.

Try and book a higher floor as the hotel is located near a roundabout and the motorbikes zooming around it are quite loud although it does not go on too late or too early. The staff service is exceptional and I could not find fault with any individual and the F&B manager was extremely helpful in providing advice on what to do. Breakfast was a little boring as the same every day, it would be nice to have some variety.

Hotel is located within easy walking distance to the Impact Area and Convention center, so if you are going to a concert or a convention it is a great location. Rooms are a bit on the small side, shower design could be improved.
