Have requested for late check out but was told since we booked with hotels.com we are not entitled to late check out request. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the major shopping malls such as Central World. The breakfast buffet is a must try because of the varieties of cuisines available. I stayed in this hotel every time when I visited Bangkok during the past decade.

There is noise between rooms specially the connecting rooms every day. I hear the noise of the kids. The sink is not running good And their bad smell coming out from the AC I wear lift in floor 17

Connected to the BTS. However, this is an older hotel which has aged. Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Most of the breakfast buffet is catered to Chinese and Arabic nationals. Probably a 5 star hotel back in the day (like 20 years ago) but now a 4 star at best. Very close to all the shopping malls. There are better hotels if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the area which are newer and modern such as Okura, Park Hyatt and Rosewood to name a few.
