Upon check in, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I did not feel welcomed, when I got to my room it was outdated, worn down and there was a musty smell in the room. The sink and bathroom had molding all around and I complained but I was told there was no other option. The sink started to leak the next morning and the ac had a noise coming out of it, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was cold, waffles were hard and the coffee was bitter. I would not recommend staying here even if it was less than $100/night.

You can't call yourself a 5 star just because your lobby is very nice and prices are high. Maybe others had different rooms but ours was a 2 star at best. Very dated and dirty... wallpaper and paint peeling, gaps in between walls and molding. Shower soaked the ceiling to the point it wasn't usable. No option to attach photos in this review as i have them. I will say, staff was 5 star... friendly, kind and generally nice.

Very nice hotel in Bangkok. About 45 mns from the Airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful roof top. Very good complimentary breakfast. Tour desk. Nice area. Spacious room. Their TV was a little complicated to use. I stayed in a king/ premium room.

We had a great stay, the staff we friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, we didnt get sick from anything we ate or drink. Sky bar closed for reno unfortunately. Hotel restaurants where pricey and food was just ok. Just small little things in the room like shower hot tap can burn a kid by the way its designed. Unpainted ceiling patches etc. 15 min walk to nearest train station. Overall would stay again. Pool was great and a basic gym

I arrived at this hotel to find out they had changed my room from a one bedroom suite to a two bedroom suite. Worked out great for me even though I didn't have a use for the second bedroom. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, the space was amazing. The tv had next to no channels. But I booked this hotel for the rooftop bar. The pictures of it looked amazing. Unfortunately, for me all I got was pictures as it was closed for renovations. I would stay here again, but I will make sure the rooftop is done getting fixed next time.
