Amazing sunset view with an incredible staff. We book one day after left the landmark hotel and we decide stay for three more days . Great location close to the train and emporium mall and the staff 5 stars.

Spent the first night in Bangkok here and it was great. Overall a very pleasant experience, from nice and helpful staff, clean and modern room, nice facilities. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop bar just amazing!

It was a nice and safe visit. We were welcomed by “May”, good start, she was very polite and got us into our room an hour early. Stay was professional and on point, breakfast buffet definitely worth it. We would stay again.

Why Book Premier deluxe???
Having stsyed here last year and in Phuket Resort for last 6 days we looked forward to a bot of luxury at the end of our Thai Vacation. Comedy of errors. Room was adjacent to a screaming child/ baby, change of toom put us on same floor at other end of screaming baby room, with adjoining door. Moved immediately to another room. No apology from rude management. Ordered room sevice...2 x pizzas, took an hour to arrive. Sort of ready made pizza yu woukd get in a freezer section at a supermarket ..cold and inedible. Rude and no apology from management. Staff knowledge around bar pool...very poor. Decking around pool dangerous and lifting. Will not be gping back.

First, the A4 paper provided by the check in staff did not go through it really well, and there was a special notes on the letter says about the bathrobes, slippers etc were chargeable. Please specify if you want to say it’s chargeable if you want to take home. (The notes make me feel like it’s chargeable when I use it within the hotel). The check in staff wasn’t really friendly, I didn’t feel welcome. She asked for a reservation number, I never need to give out the reservation number to any other hotels since they can look for my reservation through my name. After I given the reservation number, she just not recognising it then ended up searching with my name. LOL!! Not a pleasant check in experience. I would have booked another really good hotel at this price. I booked a Grand Executive Room with bathtub, but I only have a really low floor room and with no view. At this price Lebua state hotel is so much better. I have lived in 6 different hotels during my trip this time and this is the only hotel that I have given a really negative comments. Also some bellboys are so helpful and some aren’t. You def need to improvement.
