This is a nice hotel in a decent location, though the surrounding area is not ideal for walking around. The hotel has a number of nice features, including the restaurants, pool and rooftop bar. Unfortunately, we did not have hot water during our stay. When we called about this, the hotel sent a housekeeping person to the room to help, but all he could do was confirm that we had no hot water. He said he would call engineering, but I never heard back or received any solution to the problem. When I told the front desk person about the problem the next morning, she was sympathetic but had no response or explanation for the problem. We received no credit on our bill and no other offer to satisfy our concerns.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at the SO/ Bangkok. Really could not recommend this hotel more. Everything from the staff, facilities, breakfast was 10/10, rooms (SO/ Signature Suite - 5 stars) and the Signature Club lounge was a great addition. The food was unbelievable, utterly brilliant. This hotel caters to your every need. The infinity pool is great with a magnificent view overlooking Bangkok. Rooftop bar was lovely and the cocktails were so good. I will definitely be returning. Money will spent! Thank you to Piya and the Signature team and the wider SO/ Bangkok staff for a truly remarkable experience!

By far THE best hotel I have stayed in to date. The staff were exceptional and very deserving of tips. My partner and I stayed here for a week and we couldn't have asked for better. We didn't want to leave it was that amazing. Both beautifully presented, fragrant, spacious and large sized rooms and very clean. Located across from the metro and a beautiful park. Anytime I visit BK this is where I would stay hands down!! Can't wait to come back!!

This hotel property is awesome. The hospitality is top tier and it’s done effortlessly. Staff is very polite and helpful, check in/out was seamless. The decor of the hotel is really nice, the rooms were just as nice with great views. The hotel breakfast was scrumptious. The pool was clean, warm and poolside chairs were readily available. Such a delight on our visit here, we actually bumped into a guy in the elevator who had just started with S/O and he said that it was his first day and he was leaving but wondered how we liked the hotel and we told him the same. We also enjoyed the coffee and choc bar in the lobby and talked to another lady who was head of operations I think, she gave us recommendations on when to come back and experience their wine event. The stay was one of THE best ever.
