The hotel location is excellent. Walking one minute and there is the BTS (sky train), 7/11, restaurants, bars. Hotel condition is clean. the only one thing that it is lack is the view. Most windows facing another building. But overall I like the place, staff and cleanliness. It share the gym with the complex next door which has adequate equipments (better than many hotels I have stayed in)

I have stayed at Trinity SILOM Hotel for the past three years. The facility is clean quiet and always a helpful staff. I use this hotel as it has an Olympic pool on the grounds that I use twice a day. My favorite little hotel in the SILOM area of Bangkok.

Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The 25 meter pool was awesome. The breakfast would be better if it were buffet. The drip coffee that was served is not delicious. A hotel if this caliber should have fresh coffee machine. The hallways leading to my room have poor lighting. The floor is not stable and flat. Walking to my rooms it was easy to get lost. Walking in these dark hallways are dangerous. The hotel has not changed many light bulbs the hallways that are currently no good. This is gross negligence on the part of the hotel and poor maintenance management. This area is dangerous for people who cannot see well or the elderly people. The rooms were nice and clean. The customer service was good.

Didn't like the fact the hotel did not provide wash clothes and hand towels. Every hotel provides a wash cloth.... Disappointed the rooms A/C was not working properly, could not be control to temperature and then failed totally. We have stayed at your hotel many times, even brought family extra member in the past with much better service and care. Wish you would go back to your excellent level of service in the future.

Stayed here a few times now. Always clean and great location. The hotel is aged a little bit, but as it is a cheaper hotel this os what you pay for. Stayed in a deluxe room this time and room was nice and large with big bathroom and hot shower with good pressure. Staff friendly snd room always cleaned daily by house keeping. Definitely stay again.
