Located in the exclusive gated community - Echota on the Ridge. This newly remodeled condo offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and breathtaking natural beauty. This is the perfect place to rest after a day of hiking Grandfather Mountain or skiing at the local ski resorts! Only 9 miles from Sugar Mountain and 16 miles from Beech skiing!

Enjoy the spacious private balcony with relaxing furniture and views that cannot be put into words! (Just look at our Reviews!) The balcony is accessible from the large primary bedroom or the main living area. Very nice condo high in the NC mountains. Renovated in 2023 by someone with excellent taste. Enjoyed the king sized beds in three bedrooms and, of course, the beautiful views. All in all you won't be disappointed in this place.

Gorgeous view and unit!
Don't hesitate to book this one! It felt like we were staying in a friend's home rather than a rental. You can tell the owners take pride in their unit because there are lots of extra touches that feel homey and cozy. We had a minor issue after arriving but it was something out of the owner's control and they were on top of it and made it right very quickly so rating this unit at 5 stars across the board was a no brainer. Gorgeous views, fantastic location and very spacious!

Fantastic long weekend
Checked in on a Thursday for a long 4 night weekend. Echota on the Ridge is top of the line and this property was the best of the best. Beautifully appointed, everything as or better than described and fully equipped kitchen. Porch view was stunning and the furniture was in perfect condition and comfortable. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit was spacious and perfect for our 3 generation trip. Host was the best. Thank you!

Wow!!! If there were a 10 star rating this beautiful condo would receive it!!!
Photos can’t begin to show how awesome this condo is!!! When we asked our grandchildren what was their favorite memory of our vacation they all agreed it was the view from our unit!!! Absolutely perfect
Get the view without the hike. I'm an App a state alum and while I live long hikes for a great view, my teen does not. This gave us a great compromise and could not have made for a more peaceful, relaxing weekend. Stayed in one night for dinner and had everything we needed to prepare and serve a great meal with items we picked up from the grocery store just 10 minutes away.

This property is newly renovated and very clean! It is very nicely decorated, and offers king beds and comfy bedding in each of the bedrooms. I especially loved the window seating area in the master bedroom. The views are stunning from the master bedroom, deck, living room, and kitchen! The deck had plenty of seating for enjoying the views. The fireplace in the living room made snuggling up for movies extra cozy! We have stayed at Echota many times before and this is our favorite property so far!
