This spacious LODGE on a private road has 5 KING MASTES WITH THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATH. 22 PEOPLE IN BEDS There is a total of 7 bedrooms and 8 Bathrooms in the lodge. She Boasts a brand-new kitchen with a large island that can seat 22 people, and 2 living rooms. There is plenty of room for everyone. The views are just breathe taking from this home!

THE LODGE at HIGHLANDS is a 2-story home offering 7 Bedrooms total with 5 King Master on-suites, 1 queen sized bedroom and a bunk room. 2 family rooms that sleep a total of 22 guests comfortably in beds.

EVERY ROOM IN THE HOME HAS A 50 OR 60 INCH SMART TV WITH WIFI
Overlook Lodge is close to everything Banner elk has to offer...Snowboarding and Skiing are Available at BEECH MOUNTAIN and SUGAR MOUNTAIN Both are less then 10 minutes away. To accommodate most of our guest we have 7 bedrooms, 5 King en-suite’s, 1 Queen, and 1 bunk room. There are beds for 22 people in this large Lodge. WE PROVIDE BEDDING And TOWELS For 22 Guests. If you have a larger group staying at THE LODGE, please bring extra pillows comforters and towels. ALL bathrooms boast large walk-in showers with RAIN-Fall SHOWER HEADS. The kitchen is centrally located on the parking floor with seating for everyone to meet and relax. One of the owners' best friends is wheelchair user so attention to door size and accessibility to the main floor Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and covered areas are thought out... This was a great place for our family and a few friends to stay. We did a lot of hiking and there were an unlimited number of trails to choose from within a close proximity to the property. Having multiple bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great for my married children. We enjoyed our stay.

I don't know where to begin. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend! Communication with Todd was easy and painless. He is responsive and friendly. The house... oh my, the house! The location is easy to find with ample parking. I think we had 6 cars. Rooms are clean and plenty big enough. Having bathroom's off each room was so great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Highlight of the house is the LARGE island. We spent a lot of time hanging around it.. eating, talking, drinking, playing games. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, parks, and outdoor activities. If we are ever back in the area, this is where we will be staying for sure.

This is our second year staying here & we have loved it both years! Great house for large groups!!! The large kitchen island & multiple king bedroom & lots of bunks make it such an easy space to accommodate our big ole group! The kitchen is very well stocked & you will truly lack for nothing! Beautiful place for our wedding party!
This property has absolutely stunning views and plenty of space for everyone! My (now) husband and I rented it for our wedding party (10 people + a few of their spouses) and there was a bed for everyone! We also had our rehearsal dinner at the house and everyone was stunned by the views! There was also a big yard for the kids to run around during the dinner! 10/10 would recommend this house for a large group.

This house worked okay for our group of five families with kids. The house itself was fine, the driveway was a little sketchy, and the landslide waiting to happen in the backyard was not great. We won't be back again next year.

Overall we had an amazing stay. The beds were so amazingly comfortable I hated to leave. The views were breathtaking but most importantly there was room to host everyone for breakfast and dinner. We rented 2 cabins so we had a full house for breakfast and dinner. We had a baby bear walk around the back door, we had dear come and visit in the front yard. We had a few minor issues but as soon as we let management know they had them resolved ASAP. I would absolutely stay there again.

Views! Views! Views! Absolutely gorgeous views no matter where you are standing. We were supposed to be a party of 22 for the weekend but ended up with only15 to 17 people. Plenty of room. It would have accommodated more with no problems. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and the dining area allowed us all to eat in one place at the same time. Listing said there was a whirlpool spa but there is not one there. Owner said they will fix the listing. It really wasn't missed. Loved the deer that visited us every day and the sound of the creek was awesome. The kids had a blast and the adults made so many family memories. Nobody wanted to leave! Can't wait to go back! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful home with us.

Great House and Great Location!
You could not ask for more when booking a large house for multiple families. The rooms were great size, the yard and outside area were amazing for kids to play on, and the house was well equipped with everything you would need. The owners were so hopeful with random questions we had and very responsive. The only recommendation is to add a second fridge. By far one of the best large rentals we have stayed in!

Great set up for big group
Our group of 13 friends stayed in the Lodge and Crestview houses, which are side by side. They have a large parking lot which is perfect for all of our motorcycles. The driveway is steep getting up there, but it is paved. Lodge is set up for a large group which was great. We hung out there and had plenty of room for everybody, even on a rainy day when we were stuck inside playing games and cooking. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had a logistical situation since we were on motorcycles, and they came to the rescue! We definitely recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks Todd!

Amazing views, pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve stayed here several times and every time has simply been amazing! The listings are always exactly as advertised and so much more. Communication between owner and renter is excellent, the house was super clean and had the most comfy beds! Already have my third trip booked with the same owners and couldn’t be more excited. Book this home or one of the rentals the owners have on the same road and you won’t be sorry ! -Autumn ❤️
