Convenient, clean, wonderful stay
We booked a trip to Bar Harbor last minute and I’m so grateful we found Edenbrook! It is a 20 minute stroll into town, which was great because it seems like parking was difficult and cost money. It’s also centrally located to much of Acadia. The farthest drive we had was 30 minutes to Bass Harbor Lighthouse, which was perfect. Our room was clean with a fridge, microwave, table and chairs, TV, centrally located ice machine, and lovely bathroom. We had a lot of hiking plans during the day, so we didn’t spend much time in our room, but it was the perfect home base. Wake up, pack a little lunch (thanks fridge), head to the mountain, then we’d come back in the afternoon for a shower and rest and our room had been cleaned with towels replenished. Then we’d mosey into town for dinner and come back for bed. Rinse and repeat over our week there. 10/10 would stay here again when we come back to Acadia!

This place was ok, the outside is dated and a little worn, they need to cut the grass, the only views were the back of another building, the room seemed recently renovated, super nice inside, great bed, the front desk lady was a little short with me but the housekeepers were extremely nice and helpful

Although it was a quick 3 night stay, the accommodations were fantastic . The motel is very well kept. New, clean and quiet. And we lived the chairs outside our room to sit and talk in the evening. We made friends with a lovely elderly couple in the room next to use . And we'd sit out at night talking. My rating for this little gem is 10 out of 10 ... thank you for the great weekend stay.

We stayed in a room far from the road in what looked like a new facility (2 stories). Plenty of room, quiet, small porch. We picked up breakfast supplies in bar harbour but since there are no dishes or silverware, I suggest bringing from home.

Pizza on sheet.
Good stay but the one of the bed had dried up food(pizza) stuck on food. Makes you wonder if they changed the sheet after the last people checked out. I do know the sheets for either beds were not changed during our stay.
