We were there for a girls trip. When we got to our room there was a very large pair of mens black underwear hanging in our bathroom. Disgusting. The hotel said they would "deep clean" our room while we were out for the day. They didn't even make our beds!

I liked everything except:1. I was unable to access the internet on my laptop. 2. I was unable to receive a senior citizen discount for myself and my sister because we booked through Expedia instead of booking through the hotel. 3. The air conditioning in the room was unstable.

This is a nice hotel. A housekeeper commented that it is one year old. It is sort of on the outskirts of Baraboo and is a quiet area. It was reasonably priced at $138. The beds were soft. There were outlets as well as usb ports on the nightstand between the beds. The room had a nice, modern shower, but there was no tub. The hotel was located next to Wal-Mart.

Hotel is overall pleasing, with the acception of our room never being clean the 4 straight nights we stayed there. We had to call the front desk for fresh towels and have our garbage removed. They promptly took care of it. Continental breakfast was good, pool is small, and hot tub is neat with it being indoors and outdoors. Room needed nightstands on both sides of the bed, and hooks on the wall for storage. Pizza Ranch was conveniently right next door.

No luggage cart when we arrived. My key card didn’t work. The pool EXTREMELY SMALL. Two people were in it so there was no room for us. Walls so thin people just talking could be heard next door. The room is all fashion and no function. No alarm clock. Shower leaks. No body wash. We will Not be back. Horrible Experience.

While this is a very nice place with some beautiful views- the first room we were given had hairs in the bed (I always check the beds down to the mattress) I put in a complaint at the front desk- asked for new bedding but instead got moved to a different room. The room was very nice with a walk in glass door shower (previous room was with a bathtub and shower curtain). So the room felt like an upgrade. I am a huge germ freak so I Lysol wiped and sprayed any possible surface I could. The bathroom could have had a better cleaning prior to being booked. I wiped hair from the floor in several spots and the space behind the door was quite dusty/hairy. The GOOD: the breakfast was pretty great- many choices. Decent coffee too. The pool and hot tub area were very nice as well Friendly and helpful staff. 4/5 just because of the cleanliness issues I ran into. Would otherwise be 5/5.
