My apartments are cleaned and disinfected after every stay according to local cleaning guidelines
Minimal human interaction on check-in. Our building has a concierge who will open the apartment door for guests upon arrival. In order for our guests to find their way around the apartment, I have created a video check-in procedure. After a reservation has been made, I will send a link to a video showing instructions. Once guests have checked in, I will call the phone in the apartment to answer possible questions.

The Paseo de Gracia B apartment is a 90sqm high-quality rental and one of five properties we manage in this exclusive building.
It is located right on this gorgeous and the city's wealthiest avenue. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Plaça de Catalunya (the main square in Barcelona and center core of the city), as well as the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas, are only a stone throw away from the apartment. Famous sights such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera (Casa Mila) or Casa Battló are just a few meters up the street. The location is as central as it is exclusive.
The building itself counts as one of the most beautiful ones in this area. It has been constructed in the year 1890. Next to other features, the beautiful marble entrance has been conserved and maintained and captivates every visitor.
The living room of this apartment is spacious, faces Passeig de Gracia, and even has a balcony from where the visitor can overview the avenue down to Placa de Catalunya. Further on the living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a big flat-screen TV and a DVD player. One of the two sofas converts in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed. Also in the living room, there is a desk with a chair which comes in handy in case some work needs to be done.
The two bedrooms are situated on both opposite ends of the apartment.
The master suite has a queen-sized canopy bed and a large cupboard. The guests have access to the balcony with views of the Paseo de Gracia. The ensuite bathroom, with a jacuzzi-style tub and shower, also comes with double sinks, WC and bidet.
The second bedroom offers a twin-sized trundle bed (see pictures) and a spacious cupboard. The bedroom can be used as a single room or when pulling out the second bed as a twin room. Right next to this bedroom is the second bathroom which is accessible from the long hallway.
Next to the living room is the dining area with space for up to 6 persons. The kitchen which one accesses from the long hallway next to the dining area is fully equipped with everything one would require to prepare and enjoy a meal in the apartment. Further on at the guest’s disposal are fridge, freezer, oven, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle as well as an iron and an iron board.
In general:
The apartment and the area are safe. The building has a doorman as well as security cameras in the entrance area. The entrance door of the building, as well as the apartment door are equipped with security locks. There is also a safety box installed in the apartment.

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia B apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer.
Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbor are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s Park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3, and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach by taxi from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.
During the check-in procedure our guests will receive detailed explanations about everything that is useful and important to know when visiting this great city. We have a selection of restaurant and tapas bar recommendations prepared and will advise where to find the next grocery store, about shop opening hours, etc.. Please feel free to ask questions already when inquiring about the apartment.
