Property in pictures looked nice but when you arrive room is small, paid extra 45euro for upgrade. The bed was nice & big the room was bit bigger but very basic, room smelt of chlorine very strong chlorine smell on arrival, the bathroom was disappointing the shower door made of full glass does not close its dangerous the ventilation panel in bathroom does not work its suffocating, shower head has not much pressure & 3settings that are poor they need new shower heads this was annoying. Bit of green mould around shower head & the door panel. The desk inside the bedroom is small and it was all chipped around edges. For paying extra 45euro for upgrade is disappointing. Late checkout extra 15euro per hour, the place is not a proper hotel with facilities so no spa or gym its more just bedrooms and conveniently located near ramblas. They are quick to make money for the extras, rooms should be checked before given. Did not complain on the day as could not be bothered to move room, was only there for 3nights.

Good security. Clean comfortable room.
Had to do an extra night in Barcelona due to cancelled flight and the rooms we got were comfortable. Good security. Good location but make sure you know which direction you are walking when you venture out. We ended up in an uncomfortable neighborhood due to just wandering. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel, convenience and accommodation were absolutely lovely and were very glad we got this hotel. However, the immediate area was not great to walk around as there was a lot of homeless and sketchy business in the wee hours of the morning

Convenient for a quick business trip
Convenient as it’s right in city center. Room walls were moldy. Hotel was located next to red right district, and some of the alleys smelled of urine, and also didn’t feel safe. Hotel condition was older than the pictures displayed.

Wonderful stay a stones throw from Las Ramblas
Amazing stay. Hotel just off Las Ramblas and at the back entrance to the Boqueria Market. Spotless and spacious rooms with brilliant, friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Our AC didn’t work properly so the first night we slept with window open. Second day we asked to fix it in the am, cam back that evening and it was still hot. We asked for it to fix again and it was never done. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. Hôtel room cost a lot and we expect better

Young man on reception was super helpful and friendly. However room was small for the price and a bit dated. Bed was okay, but pillows are cheap and very thin… Very close to all attractions and this was definitely what we wanted. Could be so much better with a small amount of effort Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we looked at the aelwcrion and didn’t think it was worth the money when there are so many other options outside of the hotel.

The room, although simple without any interesting decor, was clean and tidy. I was offered an upgrade for 75€ to a king size bed. I’m glad I did cuz the bigger room was well sized with a few more amenities like free coffee. The bathroom was large with a large tub. Water pressure was excellent, although I never got any hot water in the sink!?! The hotel being about 80m away from the main street was very quiet, which I appreciated. And there were plenty of dining options nearby with excellent local flavor. The location is very convenient, only paces away from Liceu metro station. The staff was hospitable and friendly. They all spoke excellent English and were eager to help me book local excursions. The breakfast offered plenty of options. I’d definitely stay there again.
