There are no conditioner, lotion, or washcloth in the room. Machine cappuccino for the breakfast buffet was barely acceptable. The hotel rating should be 3.5 & not 4; no choice for half ratings. Receptionists were friendly & helpful.

I can’t believe how many stars this hotel is rated. The service is ok, but the AC is terrible, we were a group and in every room was the same thing. It was not a thing of a particular room. It was hard getting a good night sleep while you were sweating.

Lovely Spanish hotel in a great location
It is a lovely hotel right in a great location with so much Spanish charm. It was what I was looking for. The balcony was minimal but great to have. Lots of restaurants, shopping and access to transportation within steps. It was really great. The staff was wonderful and helpful. My biggest issue is that we got two twin beds and not a double bed so we slept separately. And the AC works minimally, not like American AC so be prepared to take a while to cool off. The bathroom was gorgeous. I would totally stay there again but make sure the beds work for you.

The hotel was fantastic the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was in the best area. We could walk to anything it was all within walking distance. Gothic quarter the most amazing area to stay in. Highly recommended this hotel

We ordered s as bd paid for three quadruple rooms and when we checked in we’re hive 5 double rooms instead. Although the person was apologetic it did not resolve the issue of having four children who now had to sleep in their own rooms. We had ordered quadruple rooms for the size and to accommodate two adults and two children. Then had to think about how to have the four in a family go into two separate rooms - although they were side by side. Definitely what we did not expect. Other than that, the location was great and the staff very nice. But this was a definite disappointment for us to not have the rooms we ordered and paid for.
